Access Consciousness

I can’t remember the clearing statement. So when it goes to the screen for me say that stat, it’s just a dandelion being blown in the wind and saying isn’t that better… uhmmmmm, NO, it’s NOT better because I am so focused on trying to remember that statement that I can’t focus on letting go of the feeling that is bothering me, and then even worse feelings for NOT being to remember it. I WISH THE CLEARING STATEMENT WAS ON THE SCREEN FOR ME TO READ DURING THE ACTUAL EXERCISE instead of me having to constantly go back to a different screen to try to memorize it again. So I’m not getting anywhere with AccessConsciousness because I am only filling myself with MORE anxiety and stress than I had before I even got it!

Sound notifications ON

The sound notifications are TURNED ON. However they do not work even when I completely turned my phone off and have checked multiple times.
Is there any assistance here since I do have the latest version.
