How to fix 3PLUS ELITE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 3PLUS ELITE app on iPhone
Update 3PLUS ELITE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 3PLUS ELITE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 3PLUS ELITE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 3PLUS ELITE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

3PLUS ELITE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 3PLUS ELITE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 3PLUS ELITE App
1. On android, goto Settings » 3PLUS ELITE » click [Force Stop]

Update 3PLUS ELITE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 3PLUS ELITE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 3PLUS ELITE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 3PLUS ELITE.

Fix 3PLUS ELITE unable to contact server/ 3PLUS ELITE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 3PLUS ELITE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 3PLUS ELITE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
