When I finish level 117 and choose to go to the next level, the game crashes. When I open the app back up, it takes me through the home screen. I’ve tried clicking the ‘X’ instead of ‘next level’ but it does the same thing. I’ve tried watching the ad to open the chest at the end, but this too made no difference; the app crashed again. I’ve closed the app and reloaded it but nothing has resolved the issue. I’m using the mobile app on iOS-18 and updated the app to its current version. I would really appreciate any help because I’m a fan of the game and want to continue. Thank you!

When I go on the game the screen is just black but the background music still goes on and at the bottom of the screen there are still ads. Some ads still pop up and when I tap on the screen nothing works. When I search about what to do about it it says that I should clear all the data from the app but I'm scared that it's gonna remove all my progress. I'm at lvl 372 (around that) and I have multiple masks so I really don't want to lose that data. I hope I will get it fixed without losing all the data.

There is no sound. I have looked at settings and I have not turned off sound or anything, it is just not there. I have also made sure my sound is up on my phone.

There is zero sound no matter how much my volume is up or if I turn off music and turn it back on. Same as michaels
