Waste of time and endless frustration

The app could be good but isn’t. The hardware that goes along with the app also could be good but they work intermittently at best. After randomly being reset to factory settings several times, 1-3hr delays in updating the device location, and intermittent ability to make calls I’ve give up. Customer support is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time with these
Network poor

After this update, now i cant locate my sons watch unless i call him first, it says network poor, although network is fine and had full bars. But after i call him first i can locate the watch, but not very long time it said network poor again, so i had to call him first..very annoying
Watch doesn’t work, neither does app
