I was really happy about the watch, the functionalities and the announced located function with the the capabilities. I feel now so disappointed since this is not working properly with my kids. While I can retrieve the history at the end of the day, during the day I can’t locate my child in real time since the watch is always « without network ». Which is not true due to the fact that I see the 4G Bars. The same happen with the WiFi.. I send a message to the support but no answer for the moment
