Full of bugs
After recent update I have never been able to use digibank. It crashes as soon as it is opened. I am using it on iPhone 8 Plus newest version ios.
I am trying to rest my password without mobile number because I recently moved to United States of America and I donโt have my old number with me and it is not yet all active(mobile number) and i have my every details with me except my number so how can I login into my account? and there should be option to get OTP through mail ID
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used.
- Freezes all the time.
- Something as basic as logging in does not work more than half the time.
Very unreliable.
Why u debit on my account
digibank works like a polished Intern project and not like an Professionally Engineered Banking/Financial app. There are critical bugs everywhere and DBS doesnโt care to respond to those. For a failed transaction on app, the money was deducted from the account. Also other digital accounts/banks provide lot more features and higher interest rates.
I canโt put in the correct phone number. It has this +91 in front of it. How can you have an app that is not nation wide? ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ
App is logging me out after 5 secs every time. Unable to do anything using digibank
digibank is not working since yesterday update on apple ios Login using Touch ID is broken and also after uninstalling and reinstall also unable to login via app. Please fix asap
app works just once after download. after that i can't login and so, can't use any service. i have ios 10, and app now requires ios 11. a banking app should not have such high requirements as there are a lot of old users on previous versions of ios. if you just want the old users to leave dbs, just simply ask us to close the account instead of making us feel abandoned!
Whenever I open digibank it automatically crashes. Iโm not able to access my account.
I have been using this app for a while now. Been a happy account holder but the recent issue with app these days makes me want to close my account because I don't know why I should be doing any kind of transaction with the bank which doesn't open or allow me to log in. Every time I go to digibank , it will show the loading sign but will never open or let me log in. I thought it's the internet issue at first so tried with WiFi connection, it still doesn't work. I have been trying to log in to digibank for past three days now because I need to review my bank balance and add money but digibank just won't open. So either this is fixed or I will happily close my account, because the bug in digibank is too much. It can't do the simple first thing, which is a successful log in.
It may login sometimes but not 100% times ...! I can see outages and technical issues 40% of the times ...! Even yesterday I was not able to login
Need to keep re-installing digibank every 9-10 days. It just launches a black screen. Not sure if this was by design. You should take a lesson from other online only banking apps like chime( US), simple(US). The apps have minimalistic design and work without issues.
Please provide a iPhone X series support
Application is simple to understand and good user interface. Simply loving it.

Note to developer:
1. The AI chat bot turns sometimes annoying. In addition to the automated bot, a real person handling customer queries will be great, something like what Haptik is doing.
2. For a quick glance, make the virtual debit card appear on the front, not hidden behind menus. A 4 pin enabled card is also a good option.
3. For digibank , Touch ID protection will be a great option, Face ID when iPhone X officially arrives.

App is surely getting better with each update.
However I canโt see my transaction history details against recurring deposits.
Also, enable the auto login so we may not have to jump on login page first and then click the login button.
Please do this as these were available in your past versions.
