I keep getting the message “unauthorized. Please log in to access this content” whenever I try logging in.

I type in my email, it asks to connect to google, I connect to google and immediately get this message. Then Frameio just freezes on a loading screen.

Endless sign-in loop when attempting to access from app or desktop. I get an “Unauthorized. Please sign in to access this content” message when launching Frameio . I have uninstalled multiple times. Same issue each time.

When attempting to access from a computer, I’m told I need to confirm my email address. When I click the link to confirm my email, I get placed back into the same, endless sign-in loop.

I have received time-sensitive screeners from a studio that I cannot access in any way.

The iPhone app doesn’t work with threaded comments. When I try to reply to a comment left on my initial comment, it won’t let me. It only lets me leave and new comment on the overall video.

Also, it doesn’t seem to work with the iPhone saved password system. When it tries to enter the password from my iPhone’s keychain, it just remains blank and then fails the login. Annoying.

My team loves Frameio for sharing video, however most video I shoot is on my mobile device. The desktop version seems fine but when I upload from mobile even on WiFi there are many problems. First, it takes 5-10 minutes to upload a 3 second video. When uploading b roll of short clips this takes forever. You can also only upload about 3 videos at a time. Meaning I can’t upload a lot of videos set my phone aside and watch them upload. It’s a time consuming process of uploading a few at a time, not being able to use my phone then uploading more. Also half the time this even becomes an issue because I get all types of errors. It will have uploaded then the file will be broken. More recently, yesterday, 16 files uploaded just as a white background. The convenience of the tool is out weighed by numerous bugs, having to constantly watch over each upload, and then having about 40% of the uploads fail. I have tried this on a iPhone X and IPhone 8 Plus and have had the same experience on and off WiFi. When I 1st got the program I had this issue, emailed the frame team to find a solution but never got one. Considering looking for other programs or just going back to google drive. Anyone else having this issue and have some fixes or alternatives to try?

Many updates have come and gone and yet the notifications tab is still useless. Comments consistently show up as blank and thumbnails as black. Pretty annoying considering that’s the whole point of the platform. Am I just missing something? Is no one else having this issue?

Still a little clunky, my drawn in notes erase themselves constantly.

Would love the ability to full screen draw on a frame.

Also, commenting still makes the video tiny, so it’s hard to use the screen real estate.

App is littered with design issues. The UX with Frameio has made me cancel my subscription until those are ironed out. If Frameio was a game it’s still in beta. Sticking with Vimeo for now.

1. No dedicated iPad app. Not all of us work from iPhones.
2. Can’t comment in landscape mode and can’t see comments either. It’s annoying to have to constantly rotate your device to comment and then go back.
3. Doesn’t do a great job of supporting Bluetooth keyboard input. When using a Bluetooth keyboard on an iPad running the latest iOS and the current app version the “bar” that is above the keyboard disappears and you have to turn off the Bluetooth to get it back, which means after every comment you have to turn off the keyboard to see the “send” button. Pretty annoying.
4. App support is not 24-7 which isn’t great if you’re on a deadline and something goes wrong with the site or app. Especially for a paid service.
5. It’s sometimes a pain to get a members email confirmed, I’ve had an instance or two of people trying to confirm their emails and getting error messages back, which can be frustrating.

Overall I love this idea and how it could work (if Frameio always worked as well as it should) but think it needs a dedicated iPad app that works better with Bluetooth keyboards and Apple Pencil as well.

I’m useing my google account I’m not allowed to log in so I try a few days later it still does not wrok then I use the iCloud account it worked but I need to upload videos to my channel super gamer Gavin I can’t edit my videos I want this bug to go away pls I don’t have a iPad keyboard

I think your site is great for producers and editors, and the mobile app is nice - but please add the “skip 10 second forward or backward” button that every other video app has! It’s very difficult to move to a spot you want just using the purple dot. Thanks.

I like the fresh design and Frameio is snappy and responsive. BUT I cannot stack versions from my phone.

I just started uploading a new version from my computer before I left the house. I’d like to drag that on top of my original version....from my phone.

Please fix the sign in issue. Being unauthorized and having to sign in every time I open Frameio makes me hate it. If I’m using Face ID it just sign me in inside of making me put in all my info that defeats the purpose

Please add playback speed manipulation. This is super important for some types of content...particularly long form.

Amazing app and software. This was a game changer for my phone production company. Highly recommended. We can make edits on the go on our phones. Amazing

Login is instant with Face ID and the interface is simple and smooth. Being able to watch and make notes on the fly is essential to our workflow.

Plus, you get this cool photo of the CEO every time they update!

If you make video content that needs client approval and don’t think this is worth it, you need to raise your rates. This is an absolutely incredible and invaluable service that makes client communication easy, seamless, and TRACKABLE!!! Just sign up. You won’t regret it.

Besides T Lopez, our host, Frame io Is the best thing that ever happened to our show. We have been using Frame io to connect all producers and editors working on our tv show. Having several segments to the show it was difficult to transfer content, make notes and send info back and forth until we found this system. As a producer I greatly appreciate the ability to view and make comments from my mobile device. Five Stars and much love to the guys who created this 🤘🤘

Interaction with my clients and collaborators has not only been fixed, it’s gotten BETTER. I can’t recommend Frameio/service enough.
