Hello, i already have a free plan. Frame.io is saying it is time to upgrade and is not allowing me to access my media because i have gone over the 2 GB limit for the free plan. I would like to have access so i can delete a video in order to stay under the 2 GB limit and keep the free plan.

Endless sign-in loop when attempting to access from app or desktop. I get an “Unauthorized. Please sign in to access this content” message when launching the app. I have uninstalled multiple times. Same issue each time.
When attempting to access from a computer, I’m told I need to confirm my email address. When I click the link to confirm my email, I get placed back into the same, endless sign-in loop.
I have received time-sensitive screeners from a studio that I cannot access in any way.

The iPhone app doesn’t work with threaded comments. When I try to reply to a comment left on my initial comment, it won’t let me. It only lets me leave and new comment on the overall video.
Also, it doesn’t seem to work with the iPhone saved password system. When it tries to enter the password from my iPhone’s keychain, it just remains blank and then fails the login. Annoying.

I keep getting the message “unauthorized. Please log in to access this content” whenever I try logging in.
I type in my email, it asks to connect to google, I connect to google and immediately get this message. Then the app just freezes on a loading screen.
