WhenToPost: Best Times to Post Reviews

I believe that I’ve had WhenToPost since 2018 maybe even 2017 I can’t exactly remember that long ago lol. I loved WhenToPost I would use it for all of my Instagram accounts very frequently. I recommended WhenToPost to all of my friends, people I went to school with, coworkers, even strangers. Ever since the recent update I never use WhenToPost . If it was a physical object it would be collecting dust in a corner somewhere. It’s taking up storage on my phone that I could be using for something that actually works. The update has completely ruined WhenToPost for me. Including Facebook was a huge mistake. That eliminates a lot of users from being able to use WhenToPost now since not every single person has a Facebook account. I can’t log in to more than one instagram account which causes WhenToPost to lose any and all appeal to me. And it just says loading for hours every time I try. I left my phone on the internet, charging and unlocked for an hour or two while I did some housework and it still hadn’t loaded. WhenToPost has taken a turn for the worst. Everybody that I’ve recommended it to has deleted it. Such a shame to see a great app go up in flames. Sad to see that all of us are having issues. Disappointed to say as a longtime supporter of WhenToPost that I might just delete it.

I’m so disappointed. I paid for the upgrade so I can actually see some info, and every single time I open WhenToPost I need to connect it to my Facebook. It’s so frustrating and there are lots of buttons to push to do so. Then after all that effort; WhenToPost doesn’t work and makes me login Facebook all over again and do this process once more. I keep trying to find a way to complain or talk to someone but can’t. Id like a refund please and cancel any future subscriptions. Thanks

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for an app. However, WhenToPost doesn’t work at all. There’s no difference between the paid and free version due to these issues. It doesn’t have my latest post. The post that is showing has zero data. I don’t receive alerts for posting times even though my alerts are on. Lastly the engagement percent is generic and has not changed. Don’t get cheated out of money, do not buy app.

Update: I first rated WhenToPost as a one star because nothing worked after I paid for the yearly subscription and I could not log in. Then tech support was quick to help so I gave them a four star. I am sorry to change my rating once again as WhenToPost is still not giving me my insights after two weeks. I’ve updated AGAIN and logged out and in again. Still nothing. I will happily change my rating again if I could ever get this payed app to work. The first free version was the best. Sorry I ever logged out and updated. It’s never been the same. My times are so grossly different than before I updated I’m concerned about that as well but would be happy just to have the insights I paid for working. Another update and now I can’t even log in. I think a refund is in order. WhenToPost doesn’t even let you log in??? I’m tired of trying to reach out to support. They are friendly enough but with vague responses about updates fixing things. Nope. They are not fixed and no refund yet.

I used to love the simplicity of WhenToPost . It did what it needed to do with no fuss. Now since it’s been re-updated with a new logo and design run by tailwind, it’s gone down hill. I hate that it forces you to use Facebook to access this acct. I don’t use Facebook anymore and don’t have it installed on phone and don’t ever plan to due to FB being very invasive with privacy. So for that reason alone....no longer using WhenToPost and uninstalling. Off to find something else.

I was happy to support this company when they pivoted to a paid version, but unfortunately their new product simply doesn’t work. It’s not even that it’s not good, you simply can’t even use it. I paid for a month subscription and in this month I’ve only been able to log in three times. I obviously have cancelled my subscription for next month. Would sadly not recommend anymore. Once a free helpful app, now a broken paid app.

Ive used this before and loved it but when I went in to purchase the one time purchase and set it up it connected my personal Instagram with my business FaceBook. It didn’t give me the choice to pick which Instagram account. I cannot figure out how to change it. WhenToPost does me no good whatsoever connected to my private Instagram account. I need it connected to my business Instagram!!!!!!! I have emailed and asked for help and have still not received any reply.

So I paid the one time fee for WhenToPost and I must you guys have hustled people out of their money.. WhenToPost never loads up properly you have to keep going through the Facebook steps multiple times before WhenToPost finally loads..Most of the features don’t work at all..My engagement percent has yet to increase and it’s the same post times every week..The notifications does not work and has never worked..Maybe it’s time to refund your customers and terminate this unproductive app

WhenToPost WAS good. They released a massive update apparently but it requires you to log in through Facebook. Everytime I open WhenToPost I log in through Facebook and then I’m just stuck on a never ending loading screen. I literally left my phone unlocked for an hour and it just remained on the loading screen with nothing happening. I reached out to them and we exchanged like 5 emails and then I never heard from them again. So clearly they don’t care.

WhenToPost use to work fine. I was interested in the upgrade until I used it. I manage several accounts and am interested in data for all of them, but I have yet yo successfully login and use WhenToPost after several tries. I hate having to login through Facebook and Instagram every time and it doesn’t even work right. What a pain. I purchased the pro thinking that may help. Nope. I tried to contact the developer for help, but there’s no support. The support button only leads to the Tailwind app which also has no link for support. I was trying to avoid leaving a bad review, but I’d like a refund for my purchase and this seems to be the only way to contact anyone. Sorry guys. I’m sure it isn’t easy dealing with all the api restrictions from Facebook, but this is app is not helpful.

WhenToPost was perfect. All I needed to know was when to schedule my posts for the week. Other in depth services make sense to charge for but I liked this because they at one point understood that just the weekly schedule should be free. Today I went to open WhenToPost and I had been logged out so after a much more extensive process to log back in I realized it was a completely different app that was charging for what they once provided for free. This is how you treat your long time users? It’s especially sour to do during covid when ppl don’t even have jobs. I hoped to get the other services someday but now I have a bad taste in my mouth and will be investing my money elsewhere.

I originally downloaded WhenToPost last year (November2019 I believe). It worked great! I could switch between my personal and two business accounts without logging out and back in. I did not purchase the upgrade due to the free version did basically all that I desired. Then in late March early April of this year (2020), WhenToPost would not let me do anything, I kept getting the message “new and improved coming mid April 2020”. I was excited to see the updates. April came and went, nothing changed. I deleted and re-installed 4 times and nothing. I recently came across the newer version, finally, but now I can’t switch between accounts, the times are not valid, and it’s constantly asking me to upgrade. I don’t even understand the use of the free version nor WhenToPost altogether. I do not recommend. Please go back to the original.

I used to use WhenToPost and I payed for the unlocked features. Now they need you to sign in through Facebook but I don’t have a Facebook account connected to my instagram. And I won’t be creating one for WhenToPost. I also heard they want a monthly subscription and I’m just not into WhenToPost anymore for these two reasons. It was good before the update. But now I will find a different app to use.

I used to love When to Post prior to the new update of how you have to link with Facebook. First of all, I didn’t even have a Facebook so I created it solely to use WhenToPost. Then, when I did WhenToPost started tripping and not connecting. It’d keep loading for like way too long. Ugh I wish it would go back to normal but they want their money so wtv. I hope I can find another app similar to this one with accurate times instead of trying to fool with this one.

I have been using WhenToPost for a while and it was nice that it told me when to post. Then a new version became available with supposedly more analytics. I purchased the new version and it has not updated at all. Now the entire app won’t work. It has disconnected itself and will not reconnect. If they don’t fix this soon, it won’t be worth recommending for anyone...

This is my third time having to subscribe. Thank goodness iCloud subscriptions is so much smarter than WhenToPost and will not let it charge me three consecutive $1.99 charges monthly!! Other than that I think it’s pretty good. I’ll leave another review once I can see if it really does work or not. Sunny Lenarduzzi the YouTuber is the one who suggested it so it can’t be bad!

WhenToPost is great I have definitely seen improvement in my preach and engagement. I haven’t been using it for a month yet but I’m definitely keeping it. The only issue I would say is that for some reason my last post is not updated so it is show me a post from a couple of weeks ago as being my last post

I have been trying to create my own content calendar and do my own research on this type of information with little success. Every source has different recommendations and remembering to share content can be hit or miss. WhenToPost is solving my problems and surprising me with more like the little reminders or tips every time I open it. If you’re a content creator or aspiring sharer of pretty cool stuff, you need WhenToPost!

It’s nice to be able to get into a platform that’s easy to utilize and understand. On the go so I don’t have to jump in to other apps I can just look and see when my best time will be that day at that moment so I can free up a lot of other stuff or get me on the ball to get my posting. I have ADHD and I struggle with so many things doesn’t it so to keep my company is going I need all the help I can get very useful to thank you. To the creators of WhenToPost hands-down I go to every day

I didn’t expect much from WhenToPost, but I’m really enjoying it. Initial recommendations have been promising as my posts have gotten more engagement that usual. Also, it’s already helping to keep me on track so I actually remember to stay consistent in my posting. Really happy with it so far!
