I believe that I’ve had this app since 2018 maybe even 2017 I can’t exactly remember that long ago lol. I loved this app I would use it for all of my Instagram accounts very frequently. I recommended the app to all of my friends, people I went to school with, coworkers, even strangers. Ever since the recent update I never use the app. If it was a physical object it would be collecting dust in a corner somewhere. It’s taking up storage on my phone that I could be using for something that actually works. The update has completely ruined the app for me. Including Facebook was a huge mistake. That eliminates a lot of users from being able to use the app now since not every single person has a Facebook account. I can’t log in to more than one instagram account which causes the app to lose any and all appeal to me. And it just says loading for hours every time I try. I left my phone on the internet, charging and unlocked for an hour or two while I did some housework and it still hadn’t loaded. This app has taken a turn for the worst. Everybody that I’ve recommended it to has deleted it. Such a shame to see a great app go up in flames. Sad to see that all of us are having issues. Disappointed to say as a longtime supporter of the app that I might just delete it.

Update: I first rated this app as a one star because nothing worked after I paid for the yearly subscription and I could not log in. Then tech support was quick to help so I gave them a four star. I am sorry to change my rating once again as the app is still not giving me my insights after two weeks. I’ve updated AGAIN and logged out and in again. Still nothing. I will happily change my rating again if I could ever get this payed app to work. The first free version was the best. Sorry I ever logged out and updated. It’s never been the same. My times are so grossly different than before I updated I’m concerned about that as well but would be happy just to have the insights I paid for working. Another update and now I can’t even log in. I think a refund is in order. This app doesn’t even let you log in??? I’m tired of trying to reach out to support. They are friendly enough but with vague responses about updates fixing things. Nope. They are not fixed and no refund yet.

I originally downloaded this app last year (November2019 I believe). It worked great! I could switch between my personal and two business accounts without logging out and back in. I did not purchase the upgrade due to the free version did basically all that I desired. Then in late March early April of this year (2020), the app would not let me do anything, I kept getting the message “new and improved coming mid April 2020”. I was excited to see the updates. April came and went, nothing changed. I deleted and re-installed 4 times and nothing. I recently came across the newer version, finally, but now I can’t switch between accounts, the times are not valid, and it’s constantly asking me to upgrade. I don’t even understand the use of the free version nor the app altogether. I do not recommend. Please go back to the original.
