TapGo is absolutely terrible! It forces updates all the time, even when I don’t want them. It’s incredibly annoying and disruptive. I’m fed up with it and I have uninstalled it for good. Do not waste your time with TapGo

Doesn’t work half the time, deducts money from account even when the transaction fails. Can’t reach them to get a refund
Never really make TapGo right!!! Last time after update, just FC app. Now after uninstalling and installing it back, but another FC occur when choose to view History!!! Fix it right!!!
A merchant has been refunded for me 2 weeks ago with transactions confirmation number and confirmation emails, yet Tap n Go never ever refund back to my account after many inquiries calls, whatsapp corespondents, refunds have been ignore!
Worst of the worst. It’s a shame… A ridiculous app. Extremely poor UI design. Server always crash when busy. Promotion promised rebate never credited into account. App doesn’t work with a prompt to call service hotline but service hotline is not reachable. How can you imagine a listed company create such a crap pretend they are in mobile wallet market?

This service is a total scam. Customer service is rubbish and TapGo is very tricky. They hold your money for 3 days, sometimes longer. At times $100 -200 does not post and they argue that it’s all ok. HKMA needs to look into these guys and shut them down.

i really enjoy this service, and i use my tap n go card a lot. however i wish that i could use my card in atm, or collect cash from a 7/11 like other services could allow me to. this would make it perfect for me!
also i hate having to put in my 6 digit pin everytime im putting in my card info. i wish i could use face id or disable that completely. thanks!

今天在App Store升級4.8.0之後，無法付款到轉數快識別碼，會卡住在一個頁面，如下，我的iPhone 15 Pro iOS系統版本為 17.1，麻煩檢查一下這是否為一個bug，謝謝
app在4.7.2的時候正常使用的，升級之後就無法使用了。
