Hi, I haven't been able to use the app because it simply isn't working - it's not letting me in despite entering the correct data. I do not want to be charged for an app I'm not using. I was hoping to use it for creative projects on my phone, but I'll have to find an alternative. Jessica Mullan

Adobe express windows 11 Program works fine but when I download artwork to my laptop and open it, this black. When I check my projects the thumbnail is black. When I open to edit, it’s fine Any thoughts

Creative cloud express no longer opening on iPad Pro 12.9. Updated, still won’t open.
