No apple pay really

No apple pay seriously, even when I put in my card info it does not work

DO NOT USE PASSPORT WALLET IF ONE-TIME VISITOR

Wanted to park for a couple hours and SpotOn loaded a “passport wallet” with $20 without saying that it would so not I am out $20 for what should have been $5 to park here.

Cant pay at meters

Can no longer use app to pay at meters therefore no point in using app anymore

A busy so far ...

I’m just trying to use this for the first time and it’s already disappointing. With location services on, I’m parked in lot 62 and SpotOn tells me there’s nothing in the area. Hmm.

I also wanted to check weekend rates (hopefully free) because I have work to do on campus Friday and Saturday, but the closest thing it can show me is that I’m only allowed to park here until 10pm. Doesn’t say why. Is the lot free after that? Is there a 7.5 hour limit on the length of a parking lot visit here?

To answer those questions, I guess I’ll have to pay for parking and then walk over to read the signs at the lot entrance, since there’s no way to read and process that much info while driving into the lot. SpotOn could be such a big help, it just isn’t.

Zones vs Lots - needs fixing!!!!!

The new version makes me look for “zones”. For a parking meter, I enter the lot, and then space number. After I’ve already paid for the spot, it says the zone I parked in is over a mile away, not the lot I was told to enter via the instructions for Spot On that are posted on each meter. This has happened twice to me now for different meter lots, and they all show that I parked at the same central location that I actually was not parked at.

App needs to be updated

I forgot my wallet so went to pay with SpotOn and it was saying the parking lot was unavailable - after contacting support so I wouldn’t get a ticket they told me to “delete SpotOn , turn my phone off/on, and re-download SpotOn ” thank you! genius!

App is disabled everywhere

At the meters in front of dorms you can't pay by SpotOn anymore, only manually paying with quarters.

Take your $ and still give you a ticket

I paid for parking via SpotOn and still received a ticket.

They don’t want us to pay

Obviously SpotOn is a trick to make us think we won’t get tickets.

App Fails

I have tried numerous times to enter my vehicle information into SpotOn and it fails every time.

Doesn’t work

It’s telling me that every single parking lot is “unavailable”

Unable to extend time. Ever.

Last update a month ago? Trash.

Dumb

SpotOn wont let me pay for more than an hour worth of parking at a time!!!

Who thought that was a good idea?

Come on Spartans! Get your crap together and use your brains.
