I downloaded UniverseBoxOffice because Brickfest uses it. It has been nothing but an irritation. I forgot my password and it was quite the ordeal to get it reset. When I finally get logged back in to UniverseBoxOffice , I can’t see my tickets. Apparently, I’m now logged in as an event organizer 🤷♀️ I just gave up and printed paper tickets.
I don't know what you guys did for this update (and your update descriptions, while cute, are NOT helpful), but UniverseBoxOffice now crashes every time I try to scan in a ticket. In other words, it's now useless. Maybe pull UniverseBoxOffice away from the sun so it'll work again.
I’m sure you’ve heard this from a million people but the latest update means that you app crashes immediately when you try opening it.
Normally UniverseBoxOffice works great.

Funny development notes, but can you spend more time getting the "add ticket to Apple Wallet" to work? It's only been a month since you've been "working on it"...
I haven’t been able to open UniverseBoxOffice since the newest update. It crashes immediately
After updating, app will not open. Previous app worked great.
