Worst app ever

I downloaded this app because Brickfest uses it. It has been nothing but an irritation. I forgot my password and it was quite the ordeal to get it reset. When I finally get logged back in to the app, I can’t see my tickets. Apparently, I’m now logged in as an event organizer 🤷♀️ I just gave up and printed paper tickets.
App no longer works

I don't know what you guys did for this update (and your update descriptions, while cute, are NOT helpful), but the app now crashes every time I try to scan in a ticket. In other words, it's now useless. Maybe pull the app away from the sun so it'll work again.
