If you have any problems with your order you’ll have to deal with it yourself.
I ordered from starbucks and chose the nearest location without knowing that the specified branch doesn’t exist or closed(?) I don’t know but the courier ordered from a different cafe without asking me! When I got the order I was surprised, tried finding a number to call, but there wasn’t any! So, I contacted them on telegram, no reply either!!

DO NOT USE MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول! I ordered from Macdonalds and the driver gave me the food covered and he said it was correct. Then i get surprised and the order is all wrong! And i have already paid the price (which was alot). I tried contacting the driver he said it is not his fault when it clearly it is. He took the wrong order and gave it to me. I did not open it outside for safety precautions against corona. They took my money and gave me the wrong over that is worth less than half the price i paid for. I tried complaining but it is no use. MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول is a scam, and there are many others that r better than this.

MARSOOL Egypt has a really bad customer service the way they approach a complaint is just not efficient.. I had issued two complaints in total using MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول the first complaint was solved not in a reasonable way but acceptable, but the second time I had a complaint it was just marked as resolved instructing me to re-issue that complaint with supplementary images after two or so hours of the complaint which by the way included me complaining about the delay of my order and the attitude of the delivery man (aka marsool) and finally the order being missed-up sunken in coca-cola and cold.

MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول is great until u have a problem then it becomes impossible to rectify the issue because there is no one to talk to, no one responds to emails or even on MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول itself. It has taken over a week to process a complaint about an unpaid bill and it still hasn’t been resolved. I just want to pay the driver what I owe him and be done with it but MRSOOL is making it near impossible!

المندوب طلب من ادفع شبكة. لمن دفعت ما جاب الأغراض. و قفل الطلبية كأنه وصلها و ما جاني شيء. اول مرة دقيت عليه يقول أخذ مشوار ثاني و يوصل أغراضي لمن يخلص. برضه مافي شيء بعد ٣ ساعات. كلمته ثاني يعطيني مشغول.
فتحت شكوى ومافي استجواب. 👎🏻
Driver asked me to submit the payment early instead of upon delivery. After payment was submitted he closed the order and never brought my order. I called him and he said he was busy with a new order and would bring my items later. 3 hours later and he never showed up. I called him a second time and he gives me busy.
Submitted a complaint with no response.
Worst customer service experience. 👎🏻

It is becoming worse everyday,,, the way they tackle the complaints is not professional,,, if you face a problem that is not in their list you will not be able to reach anyone,,, after few hours they will say we will send you 10 riyals which you have to use in few days then they will take it back,,, you will not be able to use the money in a proper way ,,, you can not talk directly to anyone in their customer service
In the end of the day it is not reliable

If The driver or delivery man wants to take your money he can do and MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول management not supporting you to return your money. I gave the driver amount and he said I don’t have change I’ll go to supermarket to get change and come back to you. He left without coming back. I escalated complaint to app customer services and nothing. THERE NO GUARANTEE FOR MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول.
البرنامج هذا سئ. طلبت من مطعم وجاني المندوب وأعطيته المبلغ ولا عنده صرف. وقال بروح البقالة اصرف وارجع. ولا رجع وأرسله في التطبيق ولا يرد وكلمت مرسول في تويتر والبرنامج وقالوا بيكلمك. وكلمني وقال بجيك بعد ٤ ساعات!! ٤ ساعات عشان يجيب صرف! وبعدها ما جاء وحتى قال اذا تبي بلغ الشرطة. وإدارة مرسول ما قدرت تسوي شي.
للدرجة هذه تجرأ المندوب بدون رادع!

The other day I ordered from another app and There was something missing. I called them and received a refund within minutes. Yesterday I ordered from Marsool. I was so busy I didn’t get a chance to check the bag. When I checked today, a 100 riyals worth of merchandise was missing and no one could care less. Don’t ever order from Marsool unless you really need to and when you do so don’t just pay like with other apps where you can trust the delivery people.

I’m here to order from places that don't offer delivery in my area, not here to fill you’re gasoline tank.

Worst Delivery App, takes too long to find a decent offer, the delivery guys are a bunch of imbeciles, they request more than 70 pounds delivery usually 100 which is abnormal, My order total was 130 pounds the guy wanted 120 pounds delivery what the hell is this. This is not the first time I’ve been trying to use MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول for 3 months now & never got a good offer.

Amazing App
It changed my life!
I would have definitely given MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول at 10 ⭐️if it had the option to store all the locations I use to transfer packages. It only stores the 5 last locations. And since I use MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول to deliver / receive packages from a lot of people and places, I want all addresses stored in MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول instead of using the map to locate them every time I order or send something.

Hope to see this update soon!

The application offers a really great service yet it only lacks the tracking feature which is an important one. Please add it to MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول to be the best! In addition, the chatting platform needs to be more developed in order to have an easier on-time text as sometimes you see a notification yet when you open the chat, it takes ages to appear. Thank you!

Was really considering deleting MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول /turning off notifications as they’re extremely annoying!
Service is great but please considering making the user at least able to opt out of the banners

Excellent service especially for the " deliver anything anywhere " service. And in order to make it even better i suggest the following:

- we need you to add a round trip order as an option, so we can send a mrsool and wait for him to get back... because sending one and ordering another one to get back is sometimes not suitable for the situation.

- prices are reasonable as long as we got a coupon, but when we do not, it becomes too expensive compared to the delivery prices we see everyday. I think giving special coupons to customers that order more often would be a great idea...

- the tracking service needs to be upgraded since it’s not quite accurate most of the time.

- I hope you add to MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول appearance the iphone dark mode, so the color alternates with the day/night, with the iphone, that’s so great for eye’s relaxing and very inovating.

I really appreciate this application from the complete experience . Very friendly interface , full of information and details & good tracking for the delivery and amazing step by step follow up plus the most important thing is the customer service ! They have the best follow up and case resolution comparable with all of the apps in the kingdom . I’d rather say they’re the best app I’ve ever used in KSA and I am really loyal to it

i truly suffer from car transportation and the expensive prices of uber ! and realy marsool helped me alot woth this ! i can get everything i want at home with a click of button ! thanks for this great innovation!

I ordered bouquet from one of the flower shop in the application and they delivered less than 1hr and l paid cash on delivery. For fast delivery you should choose a store near you. What l really like with this application is that you can send voice message/chat to the deliver man/courier, in that way you can confirm the items and they will send pictures of your orders too.

I absolutely love MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول & the service!
However, recently after the last update, I cannot open MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول without wifi. Every time I enable cellular data for MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول it automatically gets disabled. I don’t know if anyone else face the same problem.

Marsool needs to be updated to improve location sharing for customers and needs to improve stores locations. For instance, I have too many pharmacies around my place, but it is showing the closest pharmacy is more than 1.8 km far.
I hope u can update your stores locations.

I wish if you make all communications through MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول even calls. I mean no one should know my real phone number. Customers can chat and talk through MRSOOLAPPتطبيقمرسول only.

Marsol is amazing and really good but still missing the online payment feature !! It’s really high important in the time of cards and not carrying any cash ..

Excellent app. Very convenient service.

Only thing I would like to see is to be able to see/track my active couriers or prospect couriers similar to Uber.

Otherwise, highly recommended.

Best delivery service idea and a great app to navigate and use. Just requires a few bug fixes for smoother access and quicker updates.
