I don’t expect software to be free. But, a few free swings and then $10 every month after that is way too steep for what is offered. Maybe not for the teaching pro, but definitely for the casual user. The entire Microsoft Office 365 suite which includes 5 licenses, online storage and monthly updates is only $8 a month ($99/12). I’ve read the reviews. I understand there is no additional hardware to buy and that the developer needs to make a living too. I get that, but it would seem beneficial to the developer to create a pricing plan that makes more sense for this product. And honestly, I wouldn’t sign up for a monthly subscription for this type of software at all. Maybe an annual fee of $10 with a cancellation clause, or a one-time purchase.

Downloaded just a few months ago and love SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer . Swing Profile beats the other two that I tried hands down. Easy to use and automatic swing capture feature is extremely useful and allows you to take multiple swings without going back and forth to the phone! You get immediate feedback on your swing which is extremely useful when you are trying to make a change. No guessing of what you just did!
I use an extendable selfie stick to attach the phone and practice in my backyard.
I would like the developer to give users more specific directions regarding how to place the phone to capture the best videos e. g. how far from the golfer/ball and how far above the ground for both down the line and front views.
Overall very happy with the product and customer support was excellent. Had issue with Apple billing me twice but resolved very quickly to my satisfaction!

Swatting golf balls at the range is always fun. If you want to see why you just sliced into the woods, Swing Profile will give you the view of your not so perfect swing.
If you are ready to become a student of your game, this is the tool to use. The golf swing takes a few seconds. Swing Profile shows you exactly where you were so you can begin to make corrections and get on plane.
Great tool and easy to use.

I’m a teaching professional in Richmond Virginia and use video in all of my instruction. I recently came across Swing Profile and decided to see what it had to offer. I am very, very impressed with it!!! It’s got all the features I need and more. And it’s 1/3 the cost of my previous app. Price, performance and excellent customer support make it easy for me to give it a big THUMBS UP!!!!!

I got SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer a few years back and it helped me see how poor my swing was. I “tried” many fixes but you just don’t know how you look until you see it recorded. I am trying to get back into the game and SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer has helped me get rid of my bad habits and have more enjoyable rounds.

With the subscription you get to save unlimited swings and auto replay. The auto replay function is well integrated in SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer and I don’t know that it exists with any other app.

Overall, SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is great if you need help improving your game but you just don’t know what you are doing wrong.

You can try it without the subscription but the subscription is definitely worth it.

Unless I’m crazy and completely missed something before now, I love that SwingProfile on the iPad now supports vertical (portrait) swing filming. (IIRC, this was only supported on the iPhone before.) With the new portrait filming mode on iPad, I can now use two old iPads (one for the down-the-line view, and the other for face-on view) and output the instant replays to vertically-oriented TVs and the picture mostly fills the TVs with large, tall rectangular pictures which is easy to view vs. before where it was just a large square picture with lots of empty space on a horizontally mounted TV.

Also, thanks to the developers for the update that retains the “allow rear camera” preference between practice sessions.

Now I just have to get a SkyTrak and attach that to my projector and my home golf simulator will be complete!

Wonderful app. Easy to use. With SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer there is no need for someone else to hold a camera/phone, since SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer determines when to video your swing sequence. Terrific way to video and view your swing from DL and FO and to watch in actual speed or slo motion/ freeze frame. App allows you to compare side by side with other swings in a library. The developer responded to a renewal issue I had very timely and thoroughly. I highly recommend SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer. It performs as it says it will.

I have had SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer for some time and it has worked flawlessly. Great feedback for the range or indoor simulator. The auto capture feature makes it extremely easy to setup, and the side by side allows you to really analyze your swing flaws. Customer support was wonderful to deal with and fixed my subscription issue in 5 mins. Thanks Zeke! Highly recommend.

See you’re real swing not what you think your swing is with SwingProfile. The slow mode feature is outstanding to recognize how you are doing with your swing. Just like on television when the analysts take apart a swing using slow motion you can do the same thing with your swing. This is an outstanding app. Once you get SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer and are on the range don’t be surprise when people come around and want you to share. Worth every penny.

If you really want to work hard on your golf swing you have to have video review. SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer does auto-swing detection so you don’t have a bunch of wasted video of you walking back and forth to the phone. Then you can mark up and draw on the video.

Best of all SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is well supported. The developer is responsive and continuing to work on SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer to add value and keep it working as it should.

I’ve been teaching golf for over 25 years and I’ve seen training aids come and go but the Swing Profile App is one of the best video practice apps in golf. Simple to use with immediate swing feedback. All of my students use it and love the many features. From sharing to posting and automatic plane lines SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer really can help during their practice sessions. Great customer support Swing Profile is a home run if you want to improve your game

This is the best app out there. I’m a 12 handicap but scores are dropping fast. (New golf addict, want the best tech that is portable and not super expensive).

Pros:
auto captures your swing
Adds swing plane
Can do a quick instant replay
Can edit your swing after and it captures the important parts of your swing (address, downswing, impact, etc)
Can save every shot, 5th shot, 10th etc
Most importantly, it does not save the videos to your camera roll like some other apps.

Cons:
So far doesn’t have a way to set up to display on separate device, eg if I have an iPad set up and want to use two cameras OR use the iPad as a monitor so I can use the back cAmera (better frame rate)

But totally worth the monthly fee.. I use this all the time.

This a really great program for self analysis.
It works great with just a phone or pad, but is especially useful if you want to set up a monitor and use Roku or Apple TV to cast the image from your devise to the screen.
You can make a practice pod to stand on an set SP to auto play your last swing and you can swing away till you get it right or die trying.
The most efficient way to practice I have found. Should be 10 stars.

I’ve gone from a 24 handicap to a 13 handicap in 12 months. SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer played a considerable part of this transformation, in addition to coaching and good old practice.

You honestly cannot improve what you can’t see. You simply cannot “feel” changes in your golf swing with no feedback mechanism. I cannot imagine a single range session without this.

I feel bad for this who are at the range banging away at balls without practicing with purpose and with this nifty swing analysis app.

This is an incredible app! I use it almost daily and every time I practice. The replay function automatically replays your last swing so you don’t have to rewind the camera - this is a HUGE timesaver. I immediately upgraded to the paid version and it’s worth every penny. There is export capability so you can save videos onto your phone to share with others. Many other nice features are built into SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer. I would recommend using this product in conjunction with an external TV and screen mirroring to it. Or you can overlay it on top of simulator apps like E6 or SkyTrak.

I’ve been using SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer for over a year now and love it! I feel like the only way to improve your golf swing is to actually watch a replay of your swing, focus on correcting something, and then watch it again. SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is by far the best on the market for doing just that! I love how it automatically records my swing. I also love how you can draw on the recording so it’s easier to identify if my head is moving or body is swaying. One of the most unexpected benefits is watching the progression of my swing over the year. I like to compare my swing today to what it was a year ago (SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer also makes comparing swings super easy). This allows me to really dial in what’s working and what’s not. Highly recommend SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer!

A couple of weeks ago I noticed another golfer at the driving range with a tablet attached to his bag. When he took a break to look at it, I went over and asked what he had. He graciously, and with great enthusiasm, introduced me to Swing Profile. I had spent significant $$ with GolfTec and here were most of the key features in SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer at a much better price. I had been trying a number of "tips" to help my swing - with minimal success. One group of swings with Swing Profile and I saw that my head remained aligned with my hips, thus coming up and out of the swing very early. I've practicing on my deck, but my first 5 holes on the course - before the rain hit - were great improvement. I think SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is a real gem!! Easy to use and very effective!

SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer does everything it says,Unlike other Apps such as V1 for example,Once you subscribe for the year if you choose to use the Elite version there’s no hidden charges and there’s no ads,This is a Professional App that has all the tools you could possibly need,I especially like being able to do voiceovers on videos I’m sending to students,It makes things so much easier.
But the main thing about SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is the customer support,When I was having trouble with my subscription renewal the attention to detail and response time to my Emails was impressive,They even gave me 3 months for free for the inconvenience.
All in all a top class product.

I wanted to find a swing video analyzer that would support simultaneous done-the-line and frontal views of my swing. I’m using a new iPhone 12 Max and a 12.9 “ iPad to use Swing Profile to capture both at the same time. I can manage to capture 60 FPS on the iPad and 120 FPS on the phone using the green and yellow framing squares quite conveniently. I’ll try to compare them after uploading. Only the back cameras support 240 FPS mode which means that you must face the devices away from you and guess a bit to get the video framed properly (about 4 steps from the player) but once SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is ready to record and you take a swing you get auditory feedback that the video was taken which is useful. I’m sure that when I get a stable 2-device set up it will work well. I’m extremely pleased.

It’s soooo nice to find an app that has great basic features usable inter free option. This is the best, simple tool for checking programs and making adjustments to your swing. The auto capture works perfect and is amazingly simple to set up and use. I just can’t express enough how excellent SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is. Definitely recommend, it’s a great fill in between lessons to be sure you’re actually doing what’s directed. Get it NOW!!

Most armatures can’t duplicate the swing of “any” pro. So the comparison on SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer only confuses the process. I think this could be a really good app if it was simplified. I want to go to the practice range and be ready to receive corrective input on my swing within 5 minutes. It should also come with an attachment to allow for proper photo set up. Add a cost as it will greatly benefit the user.I have found the staff extreme helpful and look forward to breaking 80 with the help of SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer.

Spotted a swing plane issue the first time I used it swinging in my garage. Changed my swing the day before playing 18 holes. That may not have been the best idea on my part but I thank the Swing Analyzer for helping me see the problem.

Soon after this started to miss swings. I tried it outside from various angles and it kept failing to record swings. I finally gave up because it’s toor frustrating to spend attention wondering whether or not my swing got recorded.

Uninstalled this before the trial ended. Also this should have had mire transparent pricing. I only found out it was a subscription several days in.

I’m better off with my camera on record. Sure there is a lot of waste but that’s what fast forward is for. Better yet it gets every swing

This needs more reliable capture capability

Great app. Replay feature is tremendous.

But for some reason in replay mode the performance starts to deteriorate as the session goes on. Either it stops capturing swings (I use sound mode) or it captures them with choppy replay (for example a couple of frames in middle of swing will revert to address position).

Worth this headache though because when it works it is extremely helpful to get an instant replay of swing.

You can't improve without feedback. I can't find anything as good as SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer for getting that instant feedback needed to make real improvement. SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is great and the replay function is invaluable. I hook my ipad/iphone it up to a TV in my garage next to a homemade swing station and I can really see what needs to get fixed and what feels I need to have.

Perfect addition to my garage simulator. Save thousands from buying expensive cameras and software and subscribe to get the great auto replay features. You can set if you want to keep the video after every swing, every few or none which is great for practice. I like to swing, take a look and move on. Works great with the microphone sound detection as well.

This is an awesome app, it is the few that actually can do what it had advertised.
Although setting up is little bit tricky, but hey, nothing is perfect, but this is as good as it gets.
If I have to offer a suggestion then it is to have an option to allow the user to draw the line instead SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer automatically generated the line in auto capture mode.

SwingProfileGolfAnalyzer is amazing at seeing your swing on video and how different it is then what you perceive it in your mind. It’s nice to be able to see what is actually happening compared to what you THINK is happening. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to tweak their swing to produce better contact shots. You will be amazed at what you see on video compared to what your mind sees.

Continue to use every range session and have helped a number of friends with their swings since the clarity of 60 FPS recording makes it so easy to see the details. There’s really no faster way to work in something than to get an automatic recording of every swing when you’re trying to ingrain a new movement pattern.
