Astonishingly bad design

Really floored at how incredibly bad the design of this app is. Just clunky and weird and inconsistent and unintuitive on every level. A masterclass in how never to design an app.

Also, the choice of a notification sound that sounds exactly like a car horn honking at you is especially irritating as it scared me while driving, thinking that another car was honking at me. So stupid!

So complicated!

We are retired and travel quite a bit in NZ and overseas and experience of using several parking Apps. This has to be the worst. The problem starts with the idea of needing a wallet... i.e. preloading a certain value rather than charging per transaction Then it’s further complicated by deducting an amount from that value per parking and then refunding what’s not used. WHY??? The best App I’ve found is Auckland’s AT Park. So elegant and simple by comparison.

Multi-Day Outage and mediocre UI

This is going on two days now. Talk about instability! The UI design is quite archaic. Too many levels / buttons to push to activate payment. And the final button to click is a green stripe across the bottom, not the big red button in the middle. Please please get a UX expert in to design something quick and usable.
