It keeps opening Native Camp for students, not Native Camp for teachers

I can’t open their website and NativeCamp at all. Now I’m very worried about my credit card can’t cancel at all. Be aware!

The lowest paying platform on this planet. I have taught over 60 lessons and haven’t seen a penny for it. I have spent this whole day on stand by mode and no one entered my class, even though my rating is over 4,7. No one entered. I can’t even reach minimum pay yet for this period because i spend days waiting for a reservation or at least someone to enter my class.
This wouldn’t happen if native camp didn’t pay me around 1,30$ per 25 minute class. I’ve had enough. Wouldn’t recommend it even to an enemy. Don’t spend time here. Just find a proper job.

As we're living in a modern era, I cant unerstand how someone can make app like this.

If you’re a tutor, you’ll notice that the recent update shows the schedule time for Japan Time (NOT your time zone) and it doesn’t match with the PC Version. You’ll open up a slot that you might normally be sleeping, and you’ll be at risk of getting penalty if you need to cancel. this app should immediately fix this issue and align the schedule sheet with that of PC version to remove confusion.

My experience as a teacher on this app has been somewhat disappointing due to the issue of low payment. While I appreciate the opportunity to teach and connect with students, the compensation for the time and effort invested falls significantly below what I expected.

As a dedicated educator, I put considerable effort into creating engaging lessons and providing valuable support to my students. However, the low payment on the platform makes it challenging to maintain enthusiasm and dedication in the long run. It also affects my overall satisfaction and motivation as a teacher.

I believe that this app has the potential to be a great platform for both teachers and students, but addressing the problem of low payment should be a priority. As educators, we deserve fair compensation for the valuable work we do in shaping the minds of the next generation.

I sincerely hope that the team behind this app takes this feedback seriously and considers revisiting the compensation structure to ensure a more rewarding experience for teachers like myself. I am a Native Camp Teacher. Even though my student feedback score was a 4.98, they deactivated my teacher’s account. The reason given was that a single student complained about my internet connection. That was despite having a very high student satisfaction survey average. The highest satisfaction score is 5.00 and mine was 4.98. To Native Camp students, be more kind teachers in your feedback. To potential teachers, don’t contract with Native Camp. They have terrible policies that are often kept hidden and their support for teachers is horrendous. I needed this job to survive and just like that it was taken away despite having a stellar student satisfaction score.

Can you please update NativeCamp. Also make the rules and payment for teaching more fair for everyone .
