They use deceiving and fraudulent tricks to setup your autopay on for renewal when you sign up without your consent and knowledge. You get charged without your authorization. And it becomes non refundable.Be careful. Fraud as there is no easy option to cancel autopay or remove your billing card. Use best practices to deceive customers.. chat will direct you to send email and they never respond to emails .. someone need to submit complaint about them in cyber crime branch .
Doesn't even login. The moment I give user id, password and click login CommunityMatrimonyApp closes... I don't understand why would anyone create an app and release in appstore if it cant even do the basic first step...
Rubbish app...none of the features work in CommunityMatrimonyApp

CommunityMatrimonyApp has been super buggy that it crashed every time I launched it. There’s no update for the last 6 months.

CommunityMatrimonyApp is best example of how CommunityMatrimonyApp should not be looking. This doesn’t load profiles, doesn’t load pictures, always keeps crashing. At times I can’t even load my profile and view the basic details. Also website is nothing different it also has lot of bugs and the service is one of the worst. Please avoid this service
It is not that easy to use CommunityMatrimonyApp unless one has enough patience to open CommunityMatrimonyApp multiple times just to view a profile. App keeps on crashing no matter what you try. Doesn't even allow you to scroll down..
The bugs that broke CommunityMatrimonyApp have not been fixed in this version. In addition to the fact that these people run an elaborate quasi scam by replicating data from BharatMatrimony without informed consent (which I discovered recently after my dad accidentally renewed my subscription), I'd recommend avoiding this service and its app.
Changed me 3 times for a single purchase. Try to contact customer care chat and couldn’t responding.
No way to send customized chats. No way to cancel subscription. Support from app gives you 404. Horrible customer service. Very pathetic. Waste of money for subscription.
Unable to open in full screen in my I pad, it is opening like I am seeing in mobile screen(size)
Cannot view images that are requested even though they accept it. Also it would be great if you allow us to view their protected images automatically when they send us interest..
Application auto closing
I have started using this application from last week and I started with a free membership. Initially I wasn’t sure if CommunityMatrimonyApp would work properly because it is a disinter company and I was in an assumption that it would not be maintained well. But for my surprise it’s amazing and pretty fast and very easy to use less hassle. Actually It is much faster and less glitches compared to the parent(Bharath matrimony)
