Could have really used a hand & some reassurance when my husband was very sick & we both desperately want to stay out of hospitals. I want to trust that the people who actually do (eventually?) show up are nicer & more professional than the one who called me back only to tell me, ‘Well, there’s no way we could get to you today, how about tomorrow?’ I wasn’t asking for ‘right now’…..but the app & advertising imply that one might be able to expect a same-day visit, especially when you call first thing in the AM. Instead I felt like I was imposing, or somehow bothering her with my request. Thanks…..not. Sorry to bother you.

I downloaded the app to set up an appointment. I got a phone call almost immediately to review and confirm the information I entered on the app. The call lasted 10-15 minutes. I’m not sure if the purpose of the app when everything is done on the over the phone regardless.

We were on vacation for holidays in Colorado from California. My company has top insurance and never had an issue. Dispatch health refused to help us because we are not from Colorado. What a joke, won’t be using them in Los Angeles will be sticking with Heal App way better.
