Ever since Facebook updated their privacy policy for WhatsApp to start collecting data and sharing it with Facebook, I was concerned about the risk involved to everyone, especially thous of us who are unknowingly using WhatApp for health care related communications. I need to be able to connect with other doctors and my clinical staff in a fast and secure way that makes health data safe knowing that the conversations are not being tracked or the meta-data is being used for advertising purposes. This is where I discovered this app. I was thinking about switching to Signal or Telegram, but non of these apps are HIPAA secure or should be used by healthcare providers. Most of the features found in WhatsApp and much more are available here. I'm definitely very happy with the service and recommend it to all my colleagues. Happy to get rid of WhatsApp.

We were searching an app which would not only be useful in this pandemic but can be used while treating our patients from remote areas who cannot come to our clinics for regular visits.

With this app we could do audio / video calls, chats, set reminders and schedule calls too! As this is HIPAA compliant app, we could share the info protecting our patients data and privacy.

I am going to be their lifelong customer!

This is a great app. Very useful and easy to use. I have been using Buzz for more than 6 months now and no issues so far. I can communicate with my colleagues securely and also exchange important documents as an attachment without worrying about HIPAA violations. Audio/video calling quality is pretty good. I would definitely recommend Buzz.

We’ve been using this app for nine months for multi-team comms and collaboration. Being able to to replace bespoke apps with one comprehensive platform has streamlined our workflow and improved our efficiency. We are now able to be much more responsive to our clients.

Our 25+ therapists use Buzz daily, not only do we have the ability to quickly communicate with other therapists, we’ve created specific groups for case management & speech therapy. I’m trying to get nursing on board next! Anything that saves me time, is invaluable. Every rehab team needs this!

Amazing app and great features. Very comprehensive and can securely communicate with colleagues, call with caller Id, group messaging with polling, broadcast, alerts, etc, eFax, in app document signatures and editing, chatgpt and trusted medical knowledge AI answers and list goes on. Everything in one app and can use it on laptop browser too. Love it and highly recommend!

this app is feature filled and blows the other HIPAA compliant messaging options out of the water. We had used Qliqsoft for many years prior to our switch and it doesn’t even come close. The development team and support team are incredibly helpful and always open to pushing improvements and discussing suggestions. We look forward to a long lasting partnership with this app

this app platform is not only a secure messaging platform but it allows for seamless collaboration and communication between healthcare professionals with all common methods (audio, video, pics etc) of desired content. User interface is very simple yet elegant with great performance and speed. I see a huge potential for this product to integrate in healthcare environment and create value in enabling healthcare delivery models.

Using with a team of 8 in my clinic - lots of timesaving features. I can send an audio message and it will transcribe before sending. I have saved a couple of dictations that alert my this app group automatically when I am approaching the clinic to get the patient to the room. No more of 'I will be there in 10 minutes - get my patient ready' to be called in...

Who knew you could innovate so effectively in healthcare? this app has done it! They’ve incorporated features from tech platforms that we use in our everyday lives but that digital health has been far too slow to adopt. It’s also totally secure, which is 100% necessary. this app has inadvertently helped our organization think outside of the box, and it has provided a robust set of tools for us to do so. Need a new feature? this app is so agile they will actually incorporate it overnight. I’ve shared Buzz with colleague and friends who, after playing with it to figure out the features, totally love it. This is the future of healthcare especially in a post-COVID world. Highly recommend Buzz for any organization.

With so many spam calls these days my patients don't always answer a call back if it's from unknown caller because I blocked my cell phone. With Buzz I can set my caller ID to my office and my patients know to answer. This has saved our office tons of time in call backs and it's convenient, set it and forget it or I can change it if I'm working out of a different office.

I like the simplicity of Buzz . It is very easy to upload documents and images via phone app or desktop (Drag and Drop). It is also efficient and sleek. I just love how easy it is to upload any form/document, fill out the necessary information, sign the document and sending back to my colleagues/contacts. A very useful feature I must say. Great idea!

this app is a great tool for healthcare providers. I am a pain physician and work with many device representatives who need to communicate with me in a safe, secure manner. This application also allows me to share pictures and images in a secure and private manner as well. It has really helped to streamline operations for my office and I feel reassured that I am doing this is in a HIPAA safe environment. Definitely a great app!

I’ve been using the this app platform now for over 4 years. It’s clean, easy to use, and way more powerful that you’d ever think. The advances that were made in the apps development have dramatically improved functionality w/o any loss of previous capabilities or speed.

The ability to link to other medical references is super helpful. The ability to route videos, audio files, and pictures is great. The phone dialed keeps my phone # private w/ patients while I can still interact easily with patients…

The addition of fax functionality over the past few years made things even more useful.

Generally speaking, Buzz continues to surprise to the upside! Keep it up, Skyscape… I love the constant attention to my needs as a clinician!

Over the last eight months, this app has been a huge part of my daily team communications. Buzz is easy to use on mobile and web and has cut down on my email clutter significantly. It’s easier for getting approvals and finding relevant conversation than other tools I’ve used. Recommend checking it out if you’re collaborating with different teams and stakeholders regularly.

As a cardiologist, I am always on the go. Although we have Epic it doesn’t help with instant communication needs. Many of the fellows or patients use texting for convenience but clearly its not secure - have loved how this app makes it as convenient and hipaa compliant. Also during the pandemic, we used doximity but our policy is changed to not use it. this app phone and video works well for us. L ike all other features as well - including the lightning integration to the skyscape drugs and medical library.

Buzz has been great for our therapy team consisting of 25 therapists in a skilled nursing facility. We have been through 3 other HIPAA compliant apps and this app has by far been the most efficient. The customer support/IT team is quick to answer and correct any issues. It has some awesome features that other apps don’t have including: creating multiple groups for different conversations/categories, favorite messages, saved messages, and a search box! I am beyond thankful to finally find an app that works for our team and highly recommend Buzz for your company!

Buzz really has its act together. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked with my Apple Watch so smoothly - and when I tried to dictate with Siri in Buzz , it felt like Siri understood me better. Not sure if that’s Skyscape magic, or if Siri is under new management. Either way, it’s working smoother than inside other apps for me. Love the dictation module.
