Cada vez que entro mi información me sale un mensaje de error diciendo que la información provista esta incorrecta. Lo mismo me pasa en su página de internet. Al parecer llevo años usando un nombre, fecha de nacimiento y seguro social incorrecto ya que this app no lo acepta. Sin embargo a la madre la aplicación y la página de internet le funciona de lo más bien. 🤔

Every time I enter my information I get an error message saying the information I entered is incorrect. The same thing happens when I try to log in through the website. It seems the name, date of birth and social security I’ve been using all these years is incorrect since this app doesn’t accept it. Meanwhile ASUME and the website works just fine for my son’s mother. 🤔

I need a negative certification and cannot obtain online nor with app. ASUME is useless to me.

From login errors to can’t locate your account. Government of PR can’t even support a app in order to help their own program and department. I bet all the ones living in US struggle with ASUME. Do not want even try phone customer service is worst!

No me permite entrar a la app. No funciona cuando intentar entrara a tu cuenta luego del nuevo update.

You can’t make app or online payments.

I’m been trying to make my payment and rapidly ASUME closes. Even online don’t accepted my card. Thank you for but me behind my payment!🤨

Every time I’ll try to connect ASUME close, I must uninstall and re install ASUME to make it work just for once.

I used ASUME a week ago and worked for me tried again with new version for a friend and for myself and doesn’t work at all

ASUME is so outdated, doesn’t let you pay More money, no id recognized, Not save user and password, same as all government online services,never worked as should be

After last update I can’t access my account. When clicking the link to log in, ASUME crashes and I get booted out.

Cada vez que proveo mi información dice error que no existe el número de caso

No me deja acceder a mi información. Está aplicación nos beneficiaría a todas aquellas que estamos fuera del país y no está logrando beneficios, está ocupando espacio en mi celular. E tratado de entrar en mi laptop y en el celular y no me deja acceder. Esto es un problema ya que no tengo la facilidad de ir a una oficina cerca ya que me encuentro fuera del pis y no me estoy beneficiando de está aplicación, solo me está ocupando espacio y No es justo. Tienen que arreglar el problema.

The app does what is supposed to do: It opens, you can navigate in its rachitic menu that provides rachitic useless options. And well is a pure and honest analog representation of the way this agency works. They have a web site also which is equally useless, they have phone lines that are connected to God's closet, so nobody answers them! Actually you have more probabilities to hear the voice of God listening and talking directly to you, than getting a response or obtaining a job well done from this people. Is not only their app, ASUME in its entirety, doesn't work at all. Is an absolute waste of money from the tax payers, I've even think that some politician might be washing some dirty money with them, I don't doubt it at all that it might be happening. ASUME hasn't work since it was originally created. They are an absolute moral shame in all aspects that qualify as moral; And a complete lack of respect for the people that pays for their salaries. Mediocre, lazy people which don't know where they even have their own heads placed. This people are mediocre. I really would like that someone try to contact me from this office, but no onw wants to grab the hot potato. I already contacted a lawyer to go legal with them and sue even the panties of the governor. For their mediocrity.

I have never in my entire life encountered a group of “people” that are complete and utter imbeciles who are lazy and incompetent on a level that no other human being on this planet could ever in 100 trillion years even begin to comprehend. There are no words in any human language that could describe the level of idiotcracy that you are forced to deal with when dealing with Asume. Just keep showing up late, taking a two hour lunch breaks and leaving an hour early and telling anyone and everyone that it’s not your “yob” or you’re “on break” or “bacashuns”. Asume is a disgusting disappointment of an organization and an example of what the result of everyone doing everything wrong every single day (with what little they do anyway) and are still allowed to keep their jobs.
