Beat the Boss 4: Stress-Relief Reviews

I get it that there are ads to keep the game going, however. After every 2 knockouts/kills there's an add? As for Iphone X, the game doesn't fully fit the screen, so if i go to settings or something, the game won't let me close out of the settings app from in the game, so i'm forced to close app and restart it. Among that, since the game doesn't fully fit the screen, there are black bars on the edges, and coins, items, and gems fall off the tile set, and they don't get collected. Please fix somehow, someway?

Are we due for an update anytime soon?

I love the game and it’s series don’t get me wrong. But this new update kinda takes away from the original games. Idk why you all made it so I can just buy weapons with diamonds instead of finding the materials to make them, heck you took out the materials all the way and what happened to the menu where u can fight multiple bosses for a reward that was the main reason I played. Idk if it still in the game but so far I haven’t found away to do it at all. Plus with this update the game crashes way more than usual. I mean it even crashes when I load up the game. I really hope this is temporary cuz it really takes away from the game.

Whenever I open the the game a picture of the boss in a strip in the middle of the screen pops up with nothing but black surrounding it and after a few seconds it crashes. I've tried almost everything to get it to work except for deleting and reinstalling BeattheBoss4 . I won't delete and reinstall it until the next update after I check to see if it's fixed yet. Thank You and please fix this problem. Ps. This has been like this for over 3-5 months now. I really love this game and want to keep playing it so please fix this thank you.

I’m glad that this game is being updated again and is fixing a lot of bugs however , there are still many bugs like with the ads where if you press double the reward it doesn't load and plus a few crashes and glitches with weapons that need to be fixed and maybe include more to the 9.99 dollar pass as it seems not that much for 10$ a month . Overall a big improvement tho

Alright so what happened was, I had this game a long time ago, and then fortunately for you guys, I decided to get it back. Well, after the game installed, I went into settings and hit "Upload Data" and then connected with my Facebook, which was where my previous save data was located, and then it said as normal, that it was successful, game will not restart. I hit okay then the thin screen of Joe's face with both sides of it black pops up as normal, then crashes. I kept going into the game and it won't even go past that loading screen. I've even tried reinstalling BeattheBoss4 FIVE times, and still no luck. You need to fix this, until then, you are getting 1 star.

This game is a huge improvement over the third game, as this time it has way more weapons, more bosses and more customization than any game of its type. It is right up with the second game and is definitely the best in the series. My only complaint is that around 3/5 of the materials available in the game I never get from drops, I have to buy them with diamonds making assembling weapons a pain. Other than that it is a must have for anyone who enjoys games of this sort.

I used to enjoy this game until it started bombarding me with nonstop ads every time I beat the boss. You can’t even permanently remove them as Game Hive pulled off a stupid Gameloft move by making an ad free experience only through a pricey subscription. Why can’t you make it a purchase like other “premium” versions of games by making the removal of ads a one-time purchase like what Temple Run 2 did? I’m honestly disappointed with Game Hive’s over reliance on ad revenue that is valued over customer experience. Don’t download unless you tolerate nonstop ads or they change the ad removal system.

THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE GAMES ITS GREAT ITS AWESOME AND FUN TO PLAY I LIKE IT SO MUCH BUT THE PROBLEM IS it keeps lagging I can't get out of the map cause I'm stuck in it I can't play I tried to delete the game and download it again the same thing happened again it keeps lagging all the time and when I hit the boss the screen moves all the way to th right so half of the screen becomes black I love this game so much but plz u need to fix these mistakes their bothering me so much IM IN LEVEL 21 AND I NOW NEED TO DELETE THE GAME BECAUSE ITS LAGGING plz fix all these bugs and I'll rate it 5 stars

This game is fun overall, but they added a map to where you beat some other people around certain locations. It’s one minute of trying to take all their health for some rewards. The problem is, about 20 seconds into the fight, with some good damage done to them, they just shield themselves for most of the fight, leaving you to do no damage! I got one guy down to about 25% health left, and they just shielded themselves for the rest of the fight, causing me to lose. It’s really frustrating, and overall kind of takes the fun out of the map.

I’ll be connected to the internet and none of the internet activities will be available it tells me to connect even though I am and all the weapons and catagories won’t load like the guns I can’t see them unless I click on the icon when you have to unlock a weapon to fight a new boss like the little icon that has the picture I click that it will open the categorie but other than that I can’t please help

I opened the game up since I haven't played in a while. My progress and my account was still on it, but I noticed that multiplayer doesn't work. All it says is 'Reconnect'. I tapped reconnect but it didn't work, all it did was freeze the game for a second and then back to normal. I keep trying over and over again but it won't work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall BeattheBoss4 but it still doesn't work. I have to keep going through the tutorial over and over again. The game is great just fix the Multiplayer please. 😑

So, I see these reviews and they are like, ‘glitchy, buggy.’ For me its not I don’t know if my tablet is just good or if they are lying. But anyways, It has alot of unique elements, like in kick the buddy, its just a general rag-doll game. But this game takes it too a whole other level. It has good graphics, creative weapons, many interesting places, plenty of easter eggs, and it also is a great stress reliever! (for me at least) So I would really recommend getting this game!

I haven’t play this game in 2 years. I wanted to have the same experience I had the last time I played it. Which was no problems. I got on and beat the boss the first time until it said go into map to beat the GameStop guy. I pressed on GameStop guy and it showed the boss and a loading screen and then it crashed. I deleted the game and reinstalled it but the same thing happened. Please fix this. I love this game but this happens.

So the beat the boss games were part of my childhood and i wanted to revisit this game as it was my favorite due to the huge amount of weapon varieties! But when i opened this game ready to be wowed again there was a MASSIVE problem, the game would crash upon opening it, after the starting cutscene it would cut to black and crash. Hopefully the game developers can fish this problem because i really, really want to revisit this game again!

I loved this game a long time ago, I got bored and decided to reinstall and honestly, I’m disappointed. Weapon crafting was great, it barred off new players from getting the best weapons instantly, and added some challenge and luck to it, and it was removed. The world map looked great and had bosses for each new area, now you just buy the maps and there’s nothing to it. The amount of ads before was fine, companies have to make money, but now they shove an ad in your face every minute or so, I’m honestly disappointed and a little heartbroken, I loved this game before they ruined it.

So I played this game a lot and bought the dank memes with money and a lot of other stuff along time after the crash glitch happened I was so tired I deleted the game and downloaded it again hoping I would still have my stuff it worked again but I lost all my stuff I worked so hard on this game but all my stuff is gone😢😭

I’ve been a big fan of this game (I haven’t played since 2017) so when I saw this game pop up I got a lot of good memories playing this game on my moms old iPod. I decided to download it (the intro plays like normal) and everything seems smooth until the boss appears in the room and starts assaulting the worker, the screen fades to black and..the game crashes. I reopen it same results I restarted my phone, same results. I would like for the team to get rid of this bug

My biggest complaint is the glitchy ness sometimes you can’t move the boss and sometimes weapons (I’ve mostly seen this with guns) don’t work properly or sometimes they just fire yet the boss doesn’t take any damage as though the shots just miss it’s really frustrating especially during the first fight with the various bosses on the various maps

I love this game because there are so many weapons you can try out and use on the mean boss. But now when I try to go into the game, it crashes and I tried switching the wifi, plowing off my iPad, but not deleting the game and downloading it again but I don't want to loss my progress again. I really want to keep playing this game and if the bug gets fixed, that would be awesome.

as far as these games go, i’d say that boss 4 is the best one, but don’t get me wrong— it still has its flaws. i’ll name a pro then name a con. pro-it’s the best game for striving for new weapons, as it stores a lot of weapons that don’t need to be crafted, while at the same time having super fun crafting weapons that are super easy to get without spending a dime! con- as you saw it coming, the ads. you kill the boss 3 times and bam, ad. please stop this dumb trend of forcing ads on the player, plenty other games have ads but only in certain areas where it won’t happen to be a nuisance, just a light reminder the company needs money. this just keeps blasting ads at you with no relent, so i always turn off wifi/data before playing (unless i’m getting daily reward). all in all, this game is pretty legit and is a fun time waster. 5/10
