Always run into issues with Soul年轻人的社交元宇宙. They have mysterious rules to filter contents. When I try to send something normal, they always block it, but when someone else offend me, they never take action. The double standard is totally unacceptable.

just download Soul年轻人的社交元宇宙 for a few week and then my account get blocked！ I try lots of time to argue with them ，submit my feedback！nothing happen，not work！no any response， still block！

I am having problem with posting stuff, not only with picture but also with plain words. Content is nothing sensitive. What frustrates me most is that I have contact the supporting team tons of time but they never replied. When you advertise about pairs membership, you should at least have a customer service team right? I just get a feeling that they don’t care about rating at all.

Really embarrassing when I mute my phone and Soul年轻人的社交元宇宙 keeps sending msg notification sound. I was in the office! There is no where to set up the sound setting and turn off the sound. Horrible experience.

It was my first time using Soul年轻人的社交元宇宙, could not have any worse experience, since the system banned my account for no reason. I was about to upload some pictures to my profile, because being unfamiliar with Soul年轻人的社交元宇宙, I accidentally clicked on one message window and uploaded 3 pictures. Then my account instantly got banned. I wanted to ask: did I send any inappropriate pictures or say anything unsuitable?! After I appealed, they said I DID seriously violet their policies?! Fine, I will never ever use any app that were develop by idiots that have no common senses.

There’s an official account at the top of ur screen which pops up it’s annoying ads over 10 times a day. You can’t block or delete that. I tries to tell them to stop doing that with no luck. Sad.

What a trash App! I just registered myself but was immediately forced log out and, when I tried to re-login, it shows that I was temporarily blocked to “ensure my accounts security”!

I have tried may times to appeal but nobody answered me. There is 0 customer service.

Overall it is a good app, even though it still has a lot of bugs, it is acceptable at this point because it only requires you to switch the pages or something to solve the issue. They are easy fixes to the user. However, this bug needs you to reinstall Soul年轻人的社交元宇宙 to make it gone. Sometime the voice message that is sent from another user just won’t play. It keeps showing you it is under downloading and asking you to retry it a couple of seconds later. It will never be downloaded either played. When this happens, you will know that you cannot send any voice message either. The only fix I found so far is to reinstall Soul年轻人的社交元宇宙 . It is really annoying. Please fix this first. Thank you.

Would like to meet new friends on here but can’t figure out the way to change language to english.

Can’t open the test and can’t submitted the feedback, it’s always said there’s a network error! Plz fixed it, it’s important for me.

I mean seriously it was gone and no trace of mark is left behind. I would like to have a thing similar to QQ where you have an online button, or a study and eating button to allow users to know what you’re doing. I get many messages and people think I’m ignoring them, so adding this feature would be nice.
