Another damn rip off from Amazon. This thing is pure junk. Glad I wasn't dumb enough to trust my security to it. First off it wouldn't work at night. That's when you need the damn thing. Now it went off line and will not hook back up. Some dumb sounding woman keeps saying configure your network. No way to find out what that even means. The second security camera sold by Amazon that I have had to throw away. They are going to hear about it too.With this economy we can not afford to be ripped of every dawn time we pay good money and get more damn trash .I will be closing my Amazon account today and they are darn sure going to know why.

Hello, Thanks for reading this. I have the program on my computer, but it is not showing all four cameras live... Also, I tried to pay for the cloud service, and I noticed there is only a pay pal option. Please advise.

I purchased the bulb camera in February 2024. It has worked great. The eseecloud app worked great as well. I could view the preview and then the full video if I needed to. I use an SD card. When it's full I just format it again and start over. I don't need to purchase cloud service.
BUT! Last week or so, that has changed. Now I can only view previews. If I want to view the full video, I have to purchase the cloud service. It's expensive and was unnecessary.
I am livid! I have given the camera good reviews and recommended it to others. I don't mind the ads but to be forced to buy something I don't need and can't afford is just ludicrous.
I am going to attempt to call the 888 number in the camera info. Hopefully someone can help me. I'm also going to file a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for deceptive business practices. I hope others will do the same.

I think that it’s very unfair for you to after months of having the security camera that I bought and paid for now all of a sudden you want to put pop-up ads and you want me to pay monthly subscriptions to things that I had that were free before. My camera I have reached out numerous times and all I get is double talk and basically what it comes down to is that I’m told if I want to have access to everything that my camera is capable of and was doing before I now have to pay for it if I don’t pay for it, then you get less capabilities with the camera. I think that’s a terrible way to do business like I said it’s my camera my camera I paid for it. It should work. I shouldn’t have to then pay more money to get it to do the things that all security cameras should do.

This software is absolutely garbage, junk junk junk. Please do not use it. no customer support exist if you reach anything it’s in Chinese. Shut my cameras down try to force you to buy subscription iCloud storage. This software is just a big scam. Will not connect to Wi-Fi. Absolutely terrible. Had my cameras down. Came online just long enough for me to refuse subscription iCloud storage then they quit working again. Usually when a software company does a firmware update or an operating system update you are notified and you give permission to do it updated my firmware on my cameras. Any notification cameras are not working now. Run in circles with customer support is as though their intent is to keep blowing you off do not feel confident and trusting the safety and security of my property with their software
