I use to love FMSCalculator when it came to using it as a tool to see where would I fall in at if I scored a certain amount of points on the exam. Ever since they new RSCA PMA change FMSCalculator hasn’t work. It won’t even load pass the title screen. I hope this issue gets resolved in a timely manner as it is a great tool for sailors to have access too

Smart and needed app. However, when inputting RSCA there is no way to put a decimal point.
If that was fixed it would be perfect.

I like FMSCalculator . The only thing I don't like is the PMA scale. It wouldn't let me put in my actual PMA. As soon as I took my finger off the circle it bumped either up or down. I tried several times to make certain it was not me. I would like to see either a type in option or a +/- to adjust.

Great app but I have not seen any updates for the next cycle... Final multiple not coming up for last cycle in order to know about how much you may need to score for the next exam!!!

I came into the Navy as a private. After 30 years, I wondered, "why haven't I gotten a promotion?" Well, thanks to FMSCalculator, I am now a general. Thank god (and the United States Government) for FMSCalculator!

The FMS Calculator mobile app uses the FMS formula to calculate the projected FMS, giving Sailors a total score based on input of individual FMS elements.
-- Policy/Guidance: The app includes links to specific policy in the Navy Advancement Manual, NEAS NAVADMINS, and helpful Navy-sponsored websites with FAQs and NEAS information.
Starting with the spring 2019 cycles, the FMS elements are: PMA /RSCA PMA, exam standard score, award points, pass not advanced, service in paygrade, and education.
This release includes the latest FMS minimum cut scores for the spring 2019 advancement cycles.
This release also includes changes in the FMS formulas and implementation of NAVADMIN 312/18, as well as the Reporting Senior's Cumulative Average (RSCA) Performance Mark Average (PMA) policy.
