I upgraded from free to $9.99 a year, the upgrade is not good, I can only say two or three words to be translated the recorder stops. I don’t know how to contact someone for help?
After you upgrade the apps does not work often.

The sound doesn’t work at all, looks like it is just full of ads with no actual service. Weird app that does nothing I. Terms of translating anything. Don’t recommend this app for learning.
