Taco Time NW Reviews

Went yesterday for 2 free tacos for Seahawks rushing touchdowns. Yeah! Of course, ordered Mexi fries. Got orders for me and my husband. Meant I didn’t have to make dinner. You have the most amazing staff at 150th and Aurora! I know everyone’s name and they know me. Anna, Maria, Lupe and Ben were all there yesterday. I told them that they have so much fun at work that it spreads to their customers. Your store is such a happy place! I think they all need at least a day off with pay and more! Really hope you let them know that they are special. Tell them Terri from BevMo did another survey raving about them. Thanks!

I love that my favorite orders are saved. I propose a couple improvements:
1. I don’t know the street name and number of my local Taco Time so I always have to check that I have the right location. This could be improved by displaying the city name more clearly and potentially a mini map image.
2. The rewards seem a bit buried. Half the time I don’t realize when I am using them. Rewards could be more prominent and easier to see.
Great app though! I use it often.

I love TacoTimeNW, it works as intended and does the job well. It’ll be even nicer when all the Taco Times in my area support mobile. However, the glaring issue I have is related to payments. Why is there only support for one payment card? Traveling a lot for work, I’d like to pay with my corporate card, but to add that card to TacoTimeNW it deletes my personal card. Having to constantly switch/add the card of choice to make a payment is silly. Is it difficult to allow us to select from a list of stored payment methods?

My husband and I and our group of friends meet at Taco Time in Kelso every Tuesday at noon if at all possible rain or shine. We’ve been going to Kelso since it opened and before that we always went to Longview. Their employees don’t just work there, they’re family to us! We look forward to Tuesday’s and when we miss a Tuesday, they want to know where we’ve been or what happened? The food is wonderful, the quality is always the same (top notch A-plus), but, like I said, “ I adore Kelso and Longview Taco Time”, love ya, Sherry Bullock ♥️🌮

Easy to order ahead and have it ready for you to pick up without contact. But the best part, you can customize within TacoTimeNW in a way I never would’ve known to do at the counter. I like my Taco Time food even more now! Plus it remembers your past orders if you just want to order the same few things, you don’t have to back through the menu each time TacoTimeNW is brilliant!

I have used TacoTimeNW three times it seems to work perfect. When you arrive to the restaurant your foods ready to go.

But the second time I used TacoTimeNW , when I arrived to the restaurant they were closed for the day for some reason.

Each location should be able to turn off this service or there should be a way to cancel the order if something like this happens. I ended up paying for a meal I never got with no recourse.

App is very thorough in terms of how to get exactly what you want. You definitely get it your way. Only down side is you need to spend a lot of money to get a 5$ reward. You need to spend over $100. And the rewards or “bonus back to customer” is the main reason I downloaded TacoTimeNW .
They maybe need to start having quests/or bonus events🤷🏻‍♂️.
Over all great app for custom orders and a time save yo place order ahead.

I have never left Taco Time in Bellingham or Ferndale,Wa feeling anything but Happy with the NICEST Staff, efficient service and need I mention the absolutely DELICIOUS menu items! Taco Time has it ALL figured out and should teach the other restaurants how to hire and how to prepare food! Oh yes, and how to TRAIN & TREAT theIr employees! If you’ve never tried one please do to find out why I’m SO enthusiastic! Fresh fresh fresh. No, they didn’t pay me for my review-they are just that good!

I have enjoyed every taco time over the years. If they goof up on drive thru they are quick to make up for it by crediting and the food is always good. Sometimes better than others but never has been bad.

I wish we received some type of reward for taking the time to describe our experience ;-)

I don’t come to Thurston County frequently, but when I do, Taco Time is almost always added to the itinerary! The fish soft taco is filling and tastes great! It’s good to have quality fresh ingredients at a “fast food” establishment. I miss having a Taco Time in Shelton, and I know a lot of other people do, too. It comes up on various Mason County Facebook posts often! Come back to Shelton!

What good is an app for ordering food when you have to call for special instructions or orders? Not much, even when their promotions are dropping off.
In store they actually have a button on the registers to add hot sauce inside, say a burrito or soft taco. But, try to do that on TacoTimeNW forget it! It used to be there, it used to be there. I now have to call the restaurant everytime. Promotions, you used to get a free taco for every Seahawk touch down with purchase . Now, it’s just one taco (limited to one free taco total) if you purchase a taco.

This place has by far the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. My work van for not fit in the drive thru so I walked through first and they treated me well then but just overly patient with my trying to figure out TacoTimeNW on my phone! Been in custody arrive 25 years and the burien taco time was my first job in 97 I love you guys.. thank you :):):)

Because Taco Time is my favorite “fast food” I have eaten and quite a few all over in our travels. The one in Port Angeles, Washington is by far the very best one!!! The food is excellently prepared. The BEST prepared crisp meat burritos ever!! The staff are really accommodating and very personable. I can’t say enough good things about this store. Clean and nicely decorated. If you are in the area— stop in. You won’t be disappointed

For the most part TacoTimeNW is okay. My super intuitive but it’s fine. Gets the job done.

Functionally, I wish they would solve for the closing lobby hours. Don’t submit an order within 15 min of closing lobby hours. TacoTimeNW lets you place a pickup order even after the lobby closes... but even then you can’t even pick up the order from the drive thru because the order either didn’t get made or was thrown away when they locked the doors.

I absolutely love TacoTimeNW . I didn’t give it 5-stars because there are a couple improvements that would be nice.
I’d like the ability to pay cash and still get credit for the purchases towards the rewards.
Also if the mobile ordering could list favorite locations or alphabetize the order of restaurants. It’s hard to find the one I’m looking for because they’re in no apparent order.

Love TacoTimeNW, but whenever you go to redeem a reward, it doesn’t show up on your receipt or even on the front page of TacoTimeNW . You have to go to your transaction history to see that something has been redeemed. Other than that, TacoTimeNW works as it should. Great way to get great food!

Food? Good. App? Not so much. It’s less intuitive and more experience based, meaning the more you use it the more savvy you are. But you have to want to come back and work through that. And when you’re hungry... Also, after I order I have to find parking in a lot that has almost no parking left - because I have to go inside to collect my order. Would be a better experience if we have the option to pick up at window as well. My two cents.

I started TacoTimeNW and setup my account. I also turned on the passcode in TacoTimeNW . I used it once with the wallet app on my Apple Watch. Now when I try to use TacoTimeNW , it crashes as soon as it hits the passcode screen. I think the passcode feature is broken and now I can’t use TacoTimeNW .

I would give TacoTimeNW 5 stars if not for these pesky details ... its a pretty decent app ... but

(1) CANNOT ADD ITEMS TO A TACO unless the taco is part of a combo ...

(2) cannot select/add/edit form of payment during the checkout process without having to go back to the home screen and wander around to finally find the payment forms and add/edit/selecting default payment there.

Food is always great. Walking in the Atmosphere of the restaurant is nice very clean well kept place
Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful
Even going through the drive through at night or day time is excellent.
And the Baja tacos are on point!

They have the freshest ingredients and always do a great job keeping up with the times. It’s my favorite fast food restaurant in Washington State hands down.

I love the fact that they support the small local companies and treat there employees with the up most respect.

I love TacoTimeNW! Works rly well, and always a bonus to have it. With it, I can pay thru TacoTimeNW , and you also get free food when our sports teams do well during a game. Have never had an issue w/it yet. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

This is a handy app but needs to be easier to use on the fly. The print needs to be big and black rather than tiny and light gray. Much of the “fine print” is illegible in bright sunlight. Also it is not intuitive to try to modify the previous orders that have been stored. Designers need to keep in mind that many users are on a small screen and in a hurry.

Nice, easy to order system with a good setup for special ordering. It lets you order for a specific time of day (15 min increments) and my order has always been ready when I walk in the door. Used frequently at Mt Vernon, WA Taco Time.

Took 3 times to place an order for delivery. App kept sending it pick up. Store could not cancel order or refund payment. They said they cannot refund if they do not have the card. They said I had to contact their corporate office for a refund. Called the number they gave me and it went to a medical alert offer. Called the store again and got a different number. This was to customer relations which of course was closed. What a friggin joke.
