What good is an app for ordering food when you have to call for special instructions or orders? Not much, even when their promotions are dropping off.
In store they actually have a button on the registers to add hot sauce inside, say a burrito or soft taco. But, try to do that on the app fo... Show more rget it! It used to be there, it used to be there. I now have to call the restaurant everytime. Promotions, you used to get a free taco for every Seahawk touch down with purchase . Now, it’s just one taco (limited to one free taco total) if you purchase a taco.

Food? Good. App? Not so much. It’s less intuitive and more experience based, meaning the more you use it the more savvy you are. But you have to want to come back and work through that. And when you’re hungry... Also, after I order I have to find parking in a lot that has almost no parking left - ... Show more because I have to go inside to collect my order. Would be a better experience if we have the option to pick up at window as well. My two cents.

For the most part the app is okay. My super intuitive but it’s fine. Gets the job done.

Functionally, I wish they would solve for the closing lobby hours. Don’t submit an order within 15 min of closing lobby hours. The app lets you place a pickup order even after the lobby closes... but even... Show more then you can’t even pick up the order from the drive thru because the order either didn’t get made or was thrown away when they locked the doors.
