Lots of problems

The main problem being that I paid for the subscription but can’t see any of the paid features. The app is telling me that I need to upgrade my account to use them, which I’ve already done.
Other problems include; showing tips in a language I don’t understand, not describing what the “sleep age” age score means anywhere, not being able to pause the sleep tracker, saying the I need to have three nights of use in order to see certain information, which I had.
It seemed like a decent app, which is why I signed up for a sub, but it’s not fully baked. Maybe they’ll keep working on it and fix the bugs that keep it from being usable.

I purchased the year subscription and after 8 days it still doesn’t show that I have unlocked the content. I have read everything I can find in the app and in the App Store and found no way to contact developer other than this review. I reported the problem via the App Store and… nothing. Next step is pursuing a refund.
