Use to be a very useful tool for editing pictures. Now it’s a cash grab by putting the useful features behind a pay wall and trying to get subscriptions. I’ll watch an Ad when i had to when they jammed that feature in there and now that’s gone and pay to play almost. I’ll delete and find another app that does the same I’ll even pay for it ONCE forget this subscription garbage I’ll leave for another and not “buy” into that precedence they’re trying to set. I got two words for them GOOD BYE

I don’t know what happened or why all these changes but I can’t use it as effectively as I used too. I wouldn’t mind paying like 2.00 or something like that but the payment option is kind of nuts and I feel like every new update is kind of trying to force you to buy... not a good taste in my mouth anymore. I don’t want to give a one star because I’ve been using it for years and I know how good it can be but if I can’t use CutPastePhotoBlender like o could before, I might be downloading a new app...

Been using CutPastePhotoBlender for about 2 years now. Although it’s pretty good (as a free app). Paying for it will infuriate you.

Photos will move on you while you’re working on them, some layers will just disappear off screen on their own. You end up spending 3x the amount of time undoing the errors and bugs in CutPastePhotoBlender than working on a project.

Which is why IMO this is a great free app. But a slap in the face to pay for. Even with all the features this is a $3 one time purchase app. Not a monthly basis $20 app. Complete joke.

I’d use the free version and deal with the bugs. Don’t waste your money on paying. Like I said buggy is an understatement. It’s basically an advanced Microsoft paint with a couple extra features.

I’ve been using CutPastePhotoBlender for about a year now I haven’t had any problems with it.....Until now, now it’s saving things in my sticker gallery I don’t wanna save and I can’t delete them. My backgrounds are in my sticker gallery, what’s supposed to be my new stickers become my background and that’s not okay can you make it a little easier to control or at least tell me how to work it? Please I’m desperate!

Now when you return to the work you saved, the images are blurry and the font and colors of things have changed. So something that took me forever to line up and space is immediately undone unless u finish everything in one sitting. Not to mention they are constantly adding in and removing fonts. So if you have been doing something in a specific font don’t be surprised if the get rid of it on the next update.

I used to love CutPastePhotoBlender until the most recent interface overhaul. It was so simple to either pick a photo to cut out, or edit a photo with background and multiple foregrounds. Now the collage replacement so tedious to figure out. I’m still trying to figure out as I speak how to adjust the layers on a “collage”. For a time the magic wand disappeared which was the only meaningful way to wipe out solid backgrounds when trying to trim something out of a photo, but at least it’s back now.

CutPastePhotoBlender used to be good. Then they changed it. Many good features were removed or changed to be behind a paywall. Now I understand wanting money, I’m fine with Ads as they’re short and they support something. But I REALLY don’t like the changes made to something that was cool if you didn’t have money. Still I want to hand it to the devs of CutPastePhotoBlender, it’s still a decent photoshop app with good features. But not what it once was.

I like some improvements, but there’s more negative than positive. Cant edit stickers like before. Can no longer invert or change length or width of a sticker. Also can’t save custom stickers. This should really be fixed because i used to love CutPastePhotoBlender, but now i’m starting to reconsider. It was better the way it was. I don’t want to go through the hassle of finding a new cut/paste app so can you please fix this?

No editing apps on my phone work. This one is has a large array of tools though. But I just worked 1 full hour on an edit only for an ad to come up that I couldn’t exit out of. After ten minutes I just had to close CutPastePhotoBlender and start over. This is the 7th time I’ve been in a situation like this. Yet it’s still helpful sometimes so that’s why I give it 2 stars.

CutPastePhotoBlender was great before the update(?). Now after I “cut around” my foreground photo and try to paste it onto my background, it ALWAYS goes to a screen trying to get me to buy app. I can no longer complete my pasting.

I was actually considering purchasing app. But this underhanded attempt at pressuring users didn’t sit well with me- so I’m not buying it. Too bad, I used to really enjoy CutPastePhotoBlender.

Only reason I cannot give this a 5 is the cost... a subscription is a big turn off and the restore option is not working on my new iPad so I’m stuck using CutPastePhotoBlender in my phone.

I downloaded CutPastePhotoBlender to edit a photo of my dog. I wanted to change the background. I took the photo of my dog wearing her Halloween costume in the kitchen. With CutPastePhotoBlender , I was able to easily erase the kitchen and then choose a fall background, so now my dog, dressed as a skeleton, is traveling down a railroad track in an autumn forest. I know nobody cares about my dog, but I just wanted people to know CutPastePhotoBlender is stupid simple and offers a variety of options. The only catch is that the options are $22. I think it’s a fair price for what I got.

EDIT: some bugs fixed and I took the time to learn the update. I apologize for judging too quickly. It is much better than before.

I am so bummed about the new update. It took the ease of cutting a foreground away. The zoom in screen while cutting is gone and I can’t get the face (or whatever I’m cutting) to isolate. It turns half of it and the bottom of the picture red. So bummed out.

I’ve been a loyal user of CutPastePhotoBlender for many years and I was very upset when the Magic feature was taken away. Thankfully, the developers actually listen (unlike many other apps) and brought the feature back! Thank you so much for listening to our feedback. This is a fantastic app and I will recommend it to anyone.

CutPastePhotoBlender was one of my favorite apps pre-update. Not because of the lack of bugs but because CutPastePhotoBlender was just simple to use. Since the new update(s), the layout has turned so much more confusing to the point I am now using one of their competitor’s apps. I’m extremely disappointed.
