Hi I only rated one star bcuz I can’t rate what I can’t use. I have an iPhone with a hairline crack on the screen that somehow managed to make it impossible to use apps that have that stinking pop up to don’t allow or allow something in the middle of the screen that will not go away unless you choose an option. Ok, now, I have run into this problem before and i put a suggestion in the rating section of Karrot and next thing ya k ow, it was fixed, so that’s why I’m doing this. I’ll change it later if I’m able to use this app so don’t worry. Anywho, my touch screen has about a 1 inch area straight across it that is no longer receptive to touch. That being said, when I am able to continuously turn my phone between portrait and landscape modes, I can get around it. It affects the keyboard too so it definitely makes things difficult and makes everything take longer. It’s very frustrating and I know it isn’t your fault but please make your app have the ability to change orientation freely and make my life easier so I can use your app and give it a better rating! There was a glitch in Karrot recently where is asked me to restart from the beginning, where I had to select my neighborhood. However, no matter how many times I tired, it wouldn’t let me get past the second page.. also the neighborhoods listed were only those in the UK. I closed Karrot several times tried it again but to no avail. The only solution was to uninstall, and reinstall Karrot . This was very frustrating because my entire selling history was lost as well as contacts for an item I was selling.

Nice site, though a few people are not necessarily honest with their product they want to get rid of however majority of people including who just “donates” are incredibly thoughtful and kind! Thanks this app and thx to all who understand “product(s)” can outlive human when used with care and when shared!!!!

I would like to use Karrot , but every time I try to sign up, it says that it “can’t access my location” and to “try again later”. However, every time I “try again later”, it delivers the same message. I’ve turned on and off my location service, deleted and reinstalled Karrot , restarted my phone, etc. Nothing. If this is an issue that can be troubleshooted, then I would still be totally open to using Karrot . But for now, I have to delete it.

At first I was skeptical because I hadn’t heard of this app before but it’s such a fun and easy to use app. I love the simplicity of it, it’s so practical and the this app staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I definitely recommend Karrot to others who are also new to it~!

I have used Karrot pretty well until someone started to harass me with strange messages at night. Definitely that person was not interested in my stuffs but to meet with me for a date. I was freaked out and canceled my account. I never imagined someone would take advantage of Karrot to look for a prey. Karrot should be redesigned to be used as purchases and selling only.

It leeps saying “we can’t access your location” when I can clearly see the dot of my location on the map. Which means my phone is working fine but somehow app is not detecting the location.

Why cant you just “set” the location manually? Why does app has to detect the location when the service is not even stable?

Helpful staff that quickly resolved log in issues when I changed numbers. Thank you : )

if you have anything to sell. Just take a picture and upload it. It just works.

You do need to speak Korean to communicate with sellers, but other than that this is the best way to save and even get things for free in Korea. Love Karrot , buy or sell.

I can’t even sign up because I get an error message saying that my location cannot be accessed and I should try again later. I have enabled location services so I don’t know what the issue is. I have tried to sign up for 3 days now.

Why can’t I verify for New York City . Karrot is annoying and confusing . It constantly tells me I’m not verified ??? Really ? In nyc where I can be everywhere with in 30 min you divided this up in neighborhoods ???? So if I’m home I can’t chat or buy anything that’s close to my work ?

I can’t use Karrot because I keep getting a message stating it can’t load (or something to that affect) at this time, try again later. I have locations permission on for Karrot so….

I’ve recently changed my phone number, so I can’t log in to my original account. Is there any way that I can log in and find my account back?

I’ve been selling up to $240 last month!
