Marketplace doesn’t work. When I first open Marketplace , some items are displayed, but when I click on one to see the details, nothing appears. Also, when I search for something specific, nothing comes up, although I know items are available that match my search criteria because I did the same search using a web browser. I’ve deleted Marketplace twice and re-downloaded it over the span of several weeks. No luck. The web browser also doesn’t work well for this app. I have a sneaky suspicion this is because I don’t have a Facebook account. I did, however, create a this app account but it didn’t resolve the issues.

I am confused. Isn’t Marketplace, this app, associated with Facebook. I thought this was one in the same, just Marketplace for strictly the buying and selling part of fb. I recently deactivated my fb, but one of the reasons I have fb is bc of this app. I love this app and have made a lot of money selling my not wanted treasures. I downloaded Marketplace and nothing ever popped up! As I said, I’m very confused. It was just blank. No items for sell ever popped up in or around my area. I think this is a fraud app. And I’m very disappointed. I really do not want to reactive my fb page just so I can get on this app.

Can’t open Marketplace due to crashing and exiting. These developers need more experience and they need to test their product before allowing into a live environment. With so many other reviews having the same problem, it’s baffling how Apple allowed this into Marketplace Store without thorough validation. Hope to see a better version soon. Keep trying gentlemen!

Ok I’m just a country boy , but why can’t market place and face book work as one all the time. I lost mine and can’t get it back and now see that 1000s of people have the same issues. Come on guys your smarter than that !! Fix this issue , soon ok your messing with our buying and selling. And that’s just wrong.

At first Marketplace seemed alright the first few times I used it. Then suddenly it wouldn’t load. I even restarted my phone today turned on and off the WiFi and still nothing. :(

I would love to use Marketplace , but it won’t open. I can only get past the login and then it immediately goes black and then kicks me out. If some can help out with this I would greatly appreciate it.

What a waste of my time , completely unresponsive to any commands or prompts freezes every time you enter on the search bar I have a fairly new I phone so problem isn’t on this end

This new app is crap for Market Place. It Freezes Up all the time and want let u post items for sale. What happened to the old this app layout?

Silicon valley tech LLC wont even respond to you if you contact them i asked to delete my account several times and nothing after a month

Way to many ads every time I click a new page it opens an ad

I thought this was related to the Facebook this app but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Uploading products is buggy, and every single action I make has an ad after it. No thanks

Downloaded, distance settings were put at 50 miles yet my feed showed items more than 900 miles away.

Tried it for the first time and it froze every time I tried to search something.

Why?

I like Marketplace , the simplicity is awesome. I hope someone pays attention to the reviews and cab make simple changes to make Marketplace less frustrating to use. The issues I have are the picture sizes and usable screen space. Can you reduce the borders and space between columns to bed able to increase the picture size as much as possible. The pictures are what is going to grab one's attention to purchase an item, so have a "big hook" so to speak. The other issue is the header and footer along with the featured items block half of the viewable space of the screen so you only have 2 pictures viewable at a time. Can they auto hide or something? Does featured items need to be there? If it's a source of income or something of that nature I do understand, but could it be incorporated another way? It actually wouldn't be that bad, the featured items, if there header and footer weren't so large and intrusive. Not as important, but the gray background of the text slightly overtakes the small pictures. Maybe not such a bold background. Just my 3 cents? Thanks for your time.
