And customer service was really terrible. You had to spend a lot time just to repeat yourself. They also only repeated that they would not refund your money, even if someone subscribe it by mistake. By the way, they sometimes gives away free membership for a month or two. But it only works for nonmembers, or members who have canceled their membership.

My purchased audio books did not show in the bookshelf. I was told to add them one by one from the purchase history. However they only keep the history for two years.

After recent version released, daily study plans are always wrong. Sometimes it just display some of them, or mark them all finished while I have not started yet. Terrible experience, every day What I see from 得到课程听书电子书 is course’s marketing. As a 6 years customer of DEDAO, I feel that they have already forgotten where they started. So disappointed! A study app can’t even give a better study experience!

Every time I try to play, it plays for one sec and pauses. Is there a bug that needs to be fixed?

useless app .with vip subscribe, you will listen to a brief introduction of the book, very superficial with biased opinion. You will still pay a lot for the real book. Completely waste of money and time.

Don’t post your app here if you ask an American to obey Chinese government law. It’s just an app for listening

Time is based on China not the local time, which makes the daily learning tasks incompatible with the actual day time.

I love 得到课程听书电子书 as it gives me a different point of view to know this world and universe.

Get it is a fantastic APP! A little suggestion: could you move the Study Group to the main interface? I always forget where it is and I really enjoy to read the articles in the Study Group. Thanks a lot!

Great channels available. But wish simpler UI and offer Apple CarPlay option.
