An app that automatically renews your membership even after you cancelled your membership

And customer service was really terrible. You had to spend a lot time just to repeat yourself. They also only repeated that they would not refund your money, even if someone subscribe it by mistake. They wouldn’t look into their systems to help you explain why the app started to renewed itself. It was just simply your fault.
By the way, they sometimes gives away free membership for a month or two. But it only works for nonmembers, or members who have canceled their membership.
Why you can’t fix Daily study plan

After recent version released, daily study plans are always wrong. Sometimes it just display some of them, or mark them all finished while I have not started yet. Terrible experience, every day What I see from this app is course’s marketing. As a 6 years customer of DEDAO, I feel that they have already forgotten where they started. So disappointed! A study app can’t even give a better study experience!
Purchase lost and cannot be recovered
