How to fix Swim app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Swim app on iPhone
Update Swim app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Swim iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Swim network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Swim app issues:

Force Stop the Swim App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Swim app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Swim to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Swim App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Swim app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Swim.

Fix Swim unable to contact server/ Swim internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Swim » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Swim » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Swim on android.
