Please fix the bugs
It’s a perfect app But has bug I have an account and I’m signed out but i can’t login again and the email not sent to me to reset my password . Please fix the bug .
This app is great
As a nursing student I really enjoy this app and all it has to offer. It really helped with the different sounds I should be listening for and how to fully understand how to use my stethoscope!
No support, password reset absolute joke
I tried to contact the email they provide 10 days ago since their system was unable to reset my password, with zero response. Tried to reregister and now for some reason my serial number (I bought the IV stethoscope from my medical school so I know it’s an authorized vendor and had access before I had to erase and reinstall the app) will not work.
Seriel number cannot recognize
I had this app in my previous phone, having my steth registered on it. And recently, I just changed my phone and downloaded this app again but now the seriel number cannot recognize. That is why i can’t have a premium access rn, are the stethoscopes can only be registered once?
How can I change the language of the app?
How can I change the language of the app? I erase it and downloaded it again!! But still choosing the language for me! Please help!

Appreciate this app. In clinical we don't always get to hear all of the different heart and lung sounds. Great App
Sound Doesn’t Work
Listening to heart and lung sounds on this app doesn’t work. Nothing plays. It definitely isn’t my phone because the sound works on other apps just fine.
How can i contact with them ? My serial number wont unblock it !!
Audio doesn’t work
Nothing plays. It’s not my phone because every other app works. The app is utterly worthless without that feature.
I used this app a lot, but when it updated it signed me out. I cannot sign back in, the forgot password app don’t ever send me a link and I cannot find any way to contact anyone to help me.
Can’t create a account
Considering I own four of the stethoscopes different models, I thought the app would be worth a try. I have tried for days to create an account with no avail. Waist of time
Serial number is not recognised.
My littmann classic 2 stethoscope’s serial number was unlocking this app before update. After updating the app the same serial number doesn’t work in the app. There is no customer care email or contact number available on 3M littmann website. Ipad pro iOS version is 12.1.3. App version is 2.2.9. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you.
Will not work
I have the stethoscope serial number and the app doesn’t recognize it. I try to sign up for 30 days free and it gives me an internal error. Useless app.
App won’t recognize my stethoscope serial number; and without being able to register, the app is limited to the point of uselessness
