You self scanners are so annoying. They are constantly saying “scan an item” before I can even get my next item out of the cart. Do you think if you don’t tell me to scan an item I will think that I can just walk out with a full cart of groceries? I use the self scanners at Walmart, BJ’s, Costco etc. None of them keeping telling me to scan an item.

installation is not simply difficult, but the instructions and options inside of the software do not feature this camera. The other units were recognized. But for some reason, these people supposed AI Help can only answer one question and if you do not have an answer in their literature it apologizes for not being able to answer it. if you pose another question, it gives the same answer. Apparently it can only give one answer. I would avoid this company’s products and go with some other company that is competent. They have a customer service contact and yet I submitted a Help request five days ago and I’ve heard nothing back. My recommendation to save your money and buy someone else’s cameras.

If you intend to use QRPro or any other, I suggest you read the privacy section. QRPro and many others collect your contacts, your banking info, your internet activities, information from other apps on your device where QRPro is used. The privacy section says so in print if you just read it.

I just got a I 13 yesterday and I’m just getting use to it. The QReader seems to work fine. I’ve only tried it on a few things. I had a I 11 and it broke. I bought it into Verizon. It said there was something wrong with the SIM card so they tried to put in a new one. And it didn’t work. So they gave me a new phone. A I 13. I’m very impressed with what they did and I got to keep my old phone too.

Easy access and detailed information quickly.

Tim was very knowledgeable and very professional . He went over all the new features of all the mattresses and best selling practices.

Eric was professional and took his time to diagnose the problem with the toilets. He also tightened up a loose kitchen faucet and needed to get creative to accomplish the task.

We ate lunch at 7Mile and Henry was our server. He was so genuinely nice and friendly that I had to write a review. He is an example of what customer service really is!

I tried downloading several different QR apps. I couldn’t get them to work. This one worked the first time I used it. So far so good!

Love QRPro. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require a credit card to download and start using!

I only used it once. It took two attempts to get a scan. But it’s free and doesn’t collect any privacy information.

The best front desk girls I’ve come across in a long time! The are always happy to help me out with anything I need, are always prompt in answering phone calls and getting back with me, and are just all around good people that you just don’t seem to see much these days anymore! The South County location has a really GREAT group of people working there.

I just downloaded this scanner and scanned 3 different codes right away. Each scan worked flawlessly and took me to the webpage.
I like that QRPro is free with no bells and whistles.

I have been having service here for about two years or more I would recommend them.

Worked, used it once as soon as it finished the read QRPro wanted me to rate it and do a write up. I hope QRPro maker has figured out that an honest report will have very little value for someone looking for an app.

I love this QR scanner. All I had to do was just point & shoot. Iran into a lot of QR scanners that wanted a credit card on file before I can proceed. I very weary when it comes to make credit card information as there are tons of AI’s & scams out there.. With this QR scanner I did not have that problem..
