I made an account today and after messaging 20 different women about have told me they were prositutes and wanted money. After spending an hour I have yet to receive any replies to messages. It’s a waste of money and in Thaicupid I never had any issues with prostitutes. I will be contacting apple to get a refund. It’s sad these people have no ethics and allow prostitutes on their app just for money.

I was using my account this afternoon and logged out. Before I said hi and nice to meet you to other people on ThaiFriendlyDating . That’s all I did. I wrote a lengthy profile about not wanting anything weird because I had people send me inappropriate pictures without my consent and to try scam me offline. I had emails with likes from other people early evening. So it’s ok for people on ThaiFriendlyDating to send in appropriate pictures and scam others for actual illegal activity.

Coming from bumble - tinder. I don't know why ThaiFriendlyDating has good reviews. It's full of fake profile and chat bots. Understand that the girls using ThaiFriendlyDating otherwise are directly looking only for a Farang. This gives you many girls selling services , directing saying looking for support and husband, or generally just poor English and bad communication. In a year I held about 1 conversation with someone who just got ThaiFriendlyDating that day. Otherwise lots of matching with no ability to communicate. It's low quality on this ends. I purchased the pro version for a year fee which is the biggest digital purchase I ever regret in my life considering other dating apps lifetime memberships. Just look at the users photos and creativity in their bio and you can quickly understand what I mean.

ThaiFriendlyDating never seems to work, I’m always having to restart ThaiFriendlyDating , uninstall and reinstall ThaiFriendlyDating , and quite frankly, way too many times to continue paying for the service. I would suggest staying away from ThaiFriendlyDating if you value your time/patience. Not only do I have the following issues above, but I also can’t login to my account from time to time.

1 star for the subscription model as all dating apps deserve.

It’s a bit odd, I have a bunch of likes and ThaiFriendlyDating spams me with notifications about them. I can even see a list of my likes complete with a picture and name of who liked me. If I try to decline/like back then it won’t allow me to unless I pay $120 / 4,400 THB. What is the point of a dating app if you can’t message anyone? Complete garbage lol

Freezes after a few minutes. Necessary to download app over and over to function correctly. No response tech support. Constant pop ups indicating that lady is very popular and necessary to purchase Premium membership to send message. I not buy because think same same problem. Sounds like bullsheet to me. Very disappointing. Some professional workers but also many quality ladies.

Ive been respectful, kind and honest over there. I spoke normally with people but i got banned after I sent a message to someone about me and my jobs. Instantly got banned. I feel like ThaiFriendlyDating have a discrimination against men. Women and trans can write unlimited messages but men need to pay. Also a lot of scammers and sex workers. Guess what? They dont get banned but someone who just talk nicely and knew good people get banned. This is the worst app ever.

A lot of freelancers if that’s what your looking for…Most of the women are dry and boring with no description of anything so you gotta waste time trying to squeeze basic things out of them every now and then you’ll get a girl who knows how to talk and get the ball rolling but by the time you get to her you’ll be done with ThaiFriendlyDating cause it sucks…don’t pay to use it that’s just a ripoff.

There is nothing really wrong with ThaiFriendlyDating itself. The features are fine. But in my experience, at least 90% of the ladies on the site have no real intention of meeting anybody. While they profess to be looking for true love, if they respond at all it is to tell you that being friends is OK, before ghosting you completely. Most reply with Monosyllabic messages such as “hi”. But most do not reply at all even after reading your respectful greeting. Very few speak decent English which may be one of the reasons. Or, as one lady explained to me, they are not interested in meeting foreigners who actually live in Thailand (as I do) preferring to focus on foreigners in other countries who might might be expected to send money without burdening the woman with an actual relationship.

I know what you’re thinking: i’m some kind of loser who can’t reasonably expect a good woman to reply. Let me assure you that I am a more than reasonably attractive retired professional Who is not looking for a one night stand or to play a game. At least as I present myself online, I’m exactly the sort of man that most ladies say they are looking for. Only they really aren’t.

So my one month membership will remain just that. Limited to one month only.

App used to be free and have a time limit for how often you could contact. Now they want 20$ a month to contact their “popular members” which is basically anyone attractive enough for you to actually want to get to know. It isn’t worth the money simply because even if you were to pay that crazy amount there aren’t enough popular members to make it worth your while.

TLDR-Don’t waste your time. They want too much and provide too little.

Messages should be free and not have to wait 10 minutes to send another message or reply to messages because this is a dating site. Shouldn’t have to be a premium for that to be able to send unlimited messages. Also, I get lots of messages and after getting new messages the old messages at the bottom of the lists are gone and can’t reach in case. If you can improve that without being a premium, that will be great. You shouldn’t be only a premium to send a message or look at a profile who is a premium. Thanks.

It’s great. I hate swiping and prefer to browse profiles. Particularly like the ability to respect their age preference. In other apps you waste time on profiles that wouldn’t consider you.

Biggest opportunity for improvement is for profiles to have additional ways to be filtered: tattoos, smoking, drinking. Also add BMI. You have height and weight so it’s easy to calculate. I would upgrade to premium if I could filter for those things. Filtering by height and weight is sort of useless since you still have to open to see whether the weight is appropriate for the height. BMI would fix that. The child and language filters are helpful but easy enough to tell through conversation.

My only complaint is I use an IPAD 11 and ThaiFriendlyDating used to stay in LANDSCAPE mode but now it has permanently turned VERTICAL. Yes, it is an IPHONE APP but would like the option to choose orientation

Now last year I could go back and read notes from our chats since we began chatting. It makes even notes from hours ago just disappear. That means I lose all their photos, phone numbers, previous things that we discussed. That I really do not like. If I use LINE, it loses nothing.

I have clicked on a photo to save it, but I cannot find them. That is I have no idea where it tried to save them. All other apps I have when I SAVE PHOTO it goes where all other photos are saved.

Just telling me it works on this IPad does not solve the problems.

I paid for PREMIUM but will not renew with these problems.

Typical well built dating app. Not much data is required of men. So, you can waste a lot if time texting or in fantasy. An identity verification system would create more safety.

The ThaiFriendly format of messaging potential new friends without having to wait for a match process is the most straightforward way of getting to know people.

This direct and time saving approach allows you to know whether or not there is mutual interest immediately.

I don’t even use old fashioned match apps anymore

Also, within Thailand, ThaiFriendly has by far the most female subscribers of any dating app.

There are girls from many different countries here and many different cultures and ages. You will have no problem finding the person missing in your journey together.

I have met a few nice women but have also been inundated with “Women” asking me to invest in crypto trading. These are usually men looikng to get your money by leading you to believe that a woman is interested in you. I wish there was a better verification for profiles indtead of you maybe falling victim to a fake.

First thing I noticed the site is international. My own community has many many potential dates I’ve met people from Africa, Asia, Europe.
I’m on a friendship mission not trying to force the issue.
We live in reality and can’t expect anything beyond our ability to establish interpersonal relationships

Unfortunately most woman on here are into looking for money but there are many good woman here as well. You meet many on this site

ThaiFriendlyDating is ok but i have to wait 10 minutes between sending messages. Other people in my situation say they don’t have to pause messaging. I don’t understand what happened.
