This is a warning about how useless the app is and most import how you will probably waste the policy cost on a company that has a long list of non-disclosed-at-time-of-purchase exclusions.
Save your time, money and look elsewhere for coverage.
It’s 2023 and this HEALTH Insurance company doesn’t cover or care about mental health, furthermore they did not care whatsoever about the well-being of an 86 year old blind senior. What can you expect if they don’t see mental health as a priority and they HIDE, all the exclusions from the package you get from the travel agency? NOTHING. They did nothing and they did not care, all they were looking for, were ways to deny a very important return so that my mother could be ok.
Do not buy travel insurance from this company, they will gladly take your money and then they will find all the ways to deny your very crucial claim, while being rude and unprofessional.
Shame on UA, avoid and use other companies, like Assist Card or Allianz. Save yourself time, money and the aggravation of rude customer service.
