Spartan Camera Management Reviews

I have reached out to Spartan multiple times because of the delay in receiving HD photos and videos. This time 6 hours after request I still have not received the videos.

According to Spartan’s customer service, they need an “event” ie trigger to the camera to FULFILL the request. So for animal rescuers or someone trying to find their lost pet, this delay is potentially life-threatening. They need IMMEDIATE data.

In the case of the above delay, because the camera was accessible to me I went outside and activated it by moving in front of it, and then went back into the house. That seemed to have triggered the download of the video.

However if this trail cam were in the wild and inaccessible to me I would’ve had to wait a long time for the video delivery or HD photo delivery until another event got it triggered again.

How Spartan is programming its system to NOT SEND VIDEOS IMMEDIATELY UPON REQUEST and waiting for another “event” for delivery of services is one reason for the low review. It is certainly not worth the $15 a month I am paying for “service.”

Videos do not load nearly as quickly as before. They fixed the issue with being able to zoom and being able to play videos in silent mode. But, overall the loading of videos is so much slower than it used to be. About 3 updates ago, the videos loaded great. Need an update that allows thumbnails and videos to load easier.

I would give it 5 stars if the notifications could be turned on for some cameras and off for others. Very annoying when you have multiple cameras and only one or two that you really want to be bothered with a notification about. Emailed developer with no reply

About 25% of the time the GoLive function button is grayed out when I open SpartanCameraManagement . GoLive does not need work and I cannot request that the camera take a pic. The only way to get the functions to work is to delete and reload SpartanCameraManagement . Have seen numerous other Spartan GoLive camera reviews that mention the same issue. I purchased a second camera to see if the issue might with the camera. I have the same issue with both cameras. App is loaded on an iPhone and an iPad.

I have multiple cameras and shared cameras. The camera picture icons are too big for quickly viewing. New photo’s don’t even show up…you have to click on the camera to view new photo. The library is confusing to figure out which camera took the new pic if you have multiple cameras. Please make pic icons smaller for quick view.

Great camera except the person I share the photos with can’t delete hers. My understanding is the shared camera auto deletes in 30 days. That’s a TON of pictures to load each time and eats the phone battery. With turkeys looking for food, there were 354 pictures just today. She used to be able to delete them, asI do. Needs an upgrade.

SpartanCameraManagement is really easy to navigate and figure out, the spartan cameras are the best cameras I’ve used and I have been hunting since I could walk. Where we hunt they are the only cameras that work, tactacams won’t work on either service us cell and Verizon, but Spartans will find a way everytime!

Been using Spartan cameras and their app for 5 years now and highly recommend them to all my hunting buddies. The Spartan team is always looking for ways to improve SpartanCameraManagement and its functionality. Super impressed with this company and the quality of their cell cams.

I have been running Spartan cameras since 2015. I have to say that they’re hands down the best cameras I have ever used. One of my GoCams is about to begin its 4th year in use and approaching 50,000 pictures. SpartanCameraManagement is easy to navigate and the camera settings are easy. You will not be disappointed. The GoLive is my personal favorite.

I have been running Spartan cell cams for the last 4.5 years and have been very happy with my experience. I have one GoCam with over 100,000 photos taken and it is still running strong. I have tried out several other cell cams and I will just say that Spartan has won me over for good!!!

I’ve tried numerous cell cameras in the past along with all their apps and Spartan is far and away better than any of them. I was reluctant to try Spartan for years due to them being around a longer time and not being the shiny new fancy cell camera others claimed to be. The inflated megapixels and claims of amazing trigger speeds and picture quality lured me to other brands for a while. After having issues with multiple cameras from other brands, I finally decided to give the tried and true, lower megapixel rating, rock solid Spartan cameras a chance. I was blown away. The 8 megapixel photos on these cameras are clearer than any 30mp on any other camera. SpartanCameraManagement is amazing and very easy to use. You can share your cameras with others and download HD photos and videos with ease. These are the best cameras I’ve ever used and will continue to be a customer for life.

I have been using Spartan Cameras for 6 years and have loved every minute of it. It is so nice to be able to see what is going on, as well as being able to make adjustments to the camera without having to disturb the area by walking out to it. I would be lost without my Spartan camera and the amazing app that makes it easy to operate.

SpartanCameraManagement offers a seamless and user-friendly experience, making it easy to monitor and manage spartan cameras. SpartanCameraManagement has a intuitive interface and navigation of SpartanCameraManagement is a breeze. The layout is clean and organized, allowing for quick access of cameras and setting. I personally like the ability to remotely control and configure my spartan cameras through SpartanCameraManagement .

My favorite feature within SpartanCameraManagement is the, Library tab. Once selected, it brings up all the new pictures I have from each of the cameras active on my cellular plan. The best part is, they load according to date and time, so if I have an animal traveling from one side of the property to the other, I get an idea of their travel route and routine. This allows me to target and pattern specific animals on our property.

Spartan is the best in the game. If you’re a big whitetail hunter, or any type of big game, these cameras are a must have. Durability, dependability, and quality are top values in this company. Customer service is amazing if you ever have to use them, and pictures/videos are top notch. App is super user friendly, and never crashes. There’s info on every setting for the camera in app, and what the setting means. You can’t go wrong here folks.

If you’re looking for a cell cam that simply is the most reliable camera on the market, then Spartan is your camera! I have a gocam that is a 2018 model and it’s only been Out of the woods a total of less than 10 days….and it’s never missed a beat. If that’s not enough out of a camera, then you’re simply not able to be pleased! Simple as that! It’s hands down the most reliable and dependable camera out there!

Spartan is by far the best camera on the market. The best part is in my opinion is your options as far as the cameras to choose from and the incredible features they offer! Also, the picture quality with unlimited HD pics, and video quality with audio is unmatched to any other camera. In addition to the cameras, SpartanCameraManagement is very simple and easy to use and helps you keep these cameras going and up to date! I love how you can do everything from the apps if you choose to do so.

These Spartans are in a class of their own. SpartanCameraManagement makes it a cake walk. Extremely easy to set up on the camera itself or with SpartanCameraManagement . You can change your camera settings from your couch and as far as I can tell it is instant. Picture and video quality are unmatched. Just add it to your phone plan like a tablet and it’s $5 a month for unlimited pics, videos and HD pictures that you could frame. I have used several other camera app’s and this one is right there with the others.
