Hate to hate it

Ok so I’ve had this app for months and used to love it. It saved my old logs and made tracking my hours fairly simply. Then, they updated it and no longer save my past supervisors/emails. It’s made tracking my hours so much longer and worse on the supervisors. Also, when I contacted the company they said it was my phone and it would start saving after a few entries. I just looked at their website and found out that is was the app saving them and they took that out. They’ve just kept downgrading the app making it worse.

My school started with using physical turned in forms where our Service Director would read over them and manually put them into a Program. Now I do events where they tell us “We’ll add this to your MobileServe” and Ive lost many hours due to the Service Director not believing that I did an event or no proof of how long I was there. The Whole App is a bad Idea
