App is not working, it does not let me sign up.

“ oops something went wrong “

Please fix

Every time I try to register with my German mobile number the app responds:

’Oops, something went wrong. Don’t worry we’re fixing this. We’ll be back for you soon!’

I try it at least since one week, multiple times per day but this issue isn’t resolved.

Can you help me?

We tried to get a transportation via Go-Car. Every time they called us and told us that they could‘nt drive us for the rate the App announced. We wouldn’t have a problem to spend a little more, but everytime we should pay more than twice. So this App was at the end worthless. And annoying that I got a call and WhatsApp Messages to discuss about the price.

App says that my bank(s) declined the credit card(s).
However, the 3D secure validation gives a success message in both instances.

Last ride to airport I booked and get a total price. The driver says its correct you have to change and all of the sudden 30k more.
Also ordered food which took way too long and had to cancel other activities because of it.
Better go for grab again in the future

I want to delete my diese App-account, please contact me.

It’s nowhere possible to do that. Very frustrating.

Since diese App came to Singapore i was a big supporter. The rates were more reasonable than Grap‘s and i could accept that the navigation system was not accurate, such that you are never sure how far the car is still sway from you. The accuracy of the navigation system still has not improved and now i can see increasingly that drivers opportunistically accept rides even if they are far away just to cancel them again waisting my time and money as rides are getting more expensive during rebooking. If this tendency continues, i will shift my rides to alternative providers.

You cannot just sell diese App as „karya anak bangsa“ and hoping that people will use it. Your service is way more expensive than competitor and your riders are not reliable. They cancel whenever they like and dont respond to calls/messages. You dont even offer free text messaging service. Maybe I‘m just not lucky, but got such treat twice in a row is not acceptable.

It’s time to change to other provider!

The Go Jek app itself is good and there are a lot of convenient services to choose from. However, I have experienced a lot of times already that before pick up the drivers are asking for more money (and it will be a lot more!) than stated in the app. Sometimes the driver will also accept a booking but then they’re not moving at all.
Also, if you’re offering cash as a payment option please make sure that your drivers have at least some change. I’ve experienced quite a few times already that the driver says he doesn’t have any change. That’s not acceptable.

Sehr günstige alternative zu Taxis etc. Wirklich hilfreich. Nur leider stürzt Gojek ständig ab, sodass ich sie mindestens 5 mal neu starten muss, bis ich einen Fahrer ordern kann.

Almost everytime I ordered a diese App or go car everything went well. The prices are ok as well and they arrive very fast

Bike riders have mostly useless helmets for customers (and themselves), but company doesn’t give a hoot and only looks to maximise profits

Drivers always put extra Tax on top. Doesn‘t matter if the Restaurant price is with or without tax
