Can only be used with US telephone number

The app unfortunately is entirely useless for anybody who doesn’t own a telephone registered in the United States. It is impossible to set up an account for any other country but the United States. So for tourists in the US this app is not supported.

Doesnt even allow download. Supposedly being concerned with safety of customer. No wonder NYC taxi drivers are suffering.

We were yesterday scammed by a driver using this app, he used this app to metre a ride that was an official taxi ride. License plate is Y206608C. This scammer app should be removed. Dont ever use it.

Apps doesn’t allow users with a non-US phone number
Not usable for tourists

I was not able to use it with a german phone number. Very sad! The app tells me that it is only usable inside the US and only without VPN(I am using german sim card).
Uber & Lyft are working anyway
Does not work in NYC

Tried to make it work. Only got an error message about outside of the US / VPN not working. Pair&Pay button did not respond… useless.
