The balance sometimes won’t show and gets stuck! When it does that you are unable to access it and therefore can’t make transactions or top ups. It’s annoying and frustrating! You can try to log out and log back in. Sometimes it works and balance will show again. Sometimes you can try as many times as you want still won’t show… you just just have try again the following day if you re lucky maybe it will wake up…. Not a very good app! Better to use OVO. I have some balance left on cette application so I am trying to use it when it doesn’t bug… but it bugs the majority of the time, and so end up using OVO for my transactions. Maybe it’s a good app for ordering foods or rides and stuff but when it comes to top up, paying bills and other transactions it is not good. Just frustrated right now. I want to pay for my telkomsel, and it won’t go through because balance won’t show. I still have something like 400K on it!!!

I don’t like this app at all. I have been using cette application regularly only because there is no alternative. I have noticed many negative points:

- The algorithm for food always proposes the same restaurants, there is absolutely no diversity in recommendations. You are better off on the street and look new places for yourself.
- cette application enjoys its monopole on the market and put extremely high, both food and delivery prices compared to the restaurant prices. Margin is ok, but there is a limit.
- On top, if you are a regular customer who spends a lot of money in the app, after a few weeks you are going to pay close to twice the delivery price than an lambda customer. Shouldn’t it be the opposite ? 🤔🤷‍♂️
- There is no way to contact customer service, no mail, no phone, no chat, nothing. If you have questions, recommendations or complaints, you are probably going to have to live with them unless you go physically to the office.

The list doesn’t stop there unfortunately. Overall the concept of cette application is very useful, but the app and the way its customers are considered is total crap (sorry for my language).

I’ve been trying to use three different cards, all rejected. They all work perfectly well for any other purpose.
I finally manage to figure out how to contact support (you’re not making it easy cette application), and here I’m being repeated the same thing, ie to contact my bank. If you have a problem with three banks, the problem is you cette application. I gave up trying to use the app.

Waiting waiting... renew... waiting waiting... but no driver in Ubud... 🤬😡🤬👿

The application and services are very nice I used many time so i need to keep the notification ON, but there is no way to unsubscribe to the advertisements notification who is harassing you 10times a day....so unfortunately i will have to stop the notification and the drivers will be not able to contact me... STOP SPAMMING NOTIFICATION

Insulté par un driver après avoir discuté avec lui via le chat suite à un refus de ma part face à sa proposition de prix 4x plus cher que celui annoncé par l’app. Juste hallucinant en fait. La conversation s’est terminée par « à ce prix achète toi une bouteille d’eau et marche » suivi par des insultes, très agréable. En fait les drivers à Bali considèrent l’app comme une plateforme pour choper des clients et ensuite ils proposent leurs prix. Louez un scooter, ça sera carrément plus économique et ça vous évitera des embrouilles.

I want to get notifications about my orders but not being bombarded by advertising.
Drivers don’t want to deliver when it rains.

Really poor, I was about to use it , but the apps just can’t load the price of the journey although I ve tried many times

Impossible to find a driver for Jimbawan and when we finally find one he cancelled ! That's not really convenient if the drivers can choose their delivery !

The application is good

I think you need to do more vérifications of your drivers and motos
Some drivers are not conform and not honest
Some motos are not conforms too

The app is great and delivers great service. But there is no way to parameter the notifications it sends you and wow, sometimes it’s close to harassment. At noon they remind you in bahasa (not even English!) that you should order, when an order is delivered they send 2 notifications for you to rate the driver... jesus, i hate that.
Also I had an sexual harassment issue with a driver one day, reported it to Go-Jek and never had a single feedback.

Service au top, bien verifier les tarifs au depart et après au moment de la livraison car les prix sont parfois multipliés par deux, les livreurs ou chauffeurs ont la possibilité de modifier les prix donc les arnaques sont courantes. Je conseille de capturer le tarif sur votre smartphone juste après la commande et contrôler le prix à la livraison pour voir si c’est le mème. Si vous êtes touristes ou non resident faites attention

Never saw an equivalent in any country i lived in ... brillant ! But don’t try to get a driver when raining or lebaran

Everything is fine with them

My 1st use of the service, I had a problem so I couldn't take my ride => not possible to cancel a ride!
Go-jek called me 19 times to know where I am!! 19 times... Crazy...
I'm sure the service is convenient though, but they have to improve their cancel feature and stop harassing people when they don't pick up the phone

I use it in Bali. Very useful to order food from restaurants.
2 improvement points: Mention the taxes that will be applicable on the food because it is different from a restaurant and another. Check the prices because even without taxes the price mentioned for the meals has been several time different. It will avoid surprises between the price you display on the application and the price the client has to pay in the end.
Good job guys anyway!

I love this app, the future is here and I can't wait for you too add even more services.
