1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Focus Hero: Achieve your Goals until it starts shaking.
2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
3. Click on that X to delete the Focus Hero: Achieve your Goals app from your phone.
