9 months agoGood afternoon, at the end of October i asked for my subscription to garden news to cancelled due to the fact we are abroad most of time these days and dont get the time to read them anymore. I have just noticed on my latest bank statement that you just taken out another months money on November 23rd.I take no one has bothered to cancel my subscription as requested,by the the way the cancellation was done by phone. I do not expect to find another that an other month has been taken out in December. Can you please sort this issue out once and for all if its not to much trouble and by the way i will never subscribe to any great magazines in the future. NOT HAPPY.
