I am attempting to unsubscribe from Rail magazine which I have happily used for a number of years. Unfortunately it seems almost impossible to do this using the website. First I guess the password criteria must have changed since I first subscribed, and although I have tried to reset it the link on the web age to reset does not seem to be working! What do I do?
