I love the digital format, however... I sure had to jump through hoops to get this via my iTunes account instead of charging my credit card. Then when I learned of the auto-renewal feature, it took some super sleuthing to find where to shut that feature off. I'm not sure if this is a reflection of them magazine company, or the App Store, but either way it is Not.Cool.

I’ve been a long time subscriber to H&R, first the print magazine and now the digital for a few years. I’m frustrated with the digital app because several times now the Restore feature does not work and I can not access the newest editions. Most frustrating is the inability to contact support via phone. Trying to locate a phone number is nearly impossible and a waste of my time. Unfortunately my subscription just renewed otherwise I would give up and just go back to the print format. I will continue to trying to find a way to speak with a person, but will not likely renew the digital editions in the future.
